This is a beautiful brand new condominium on Manzanillo Bay in a modern area of Manzanillo. It is walking distance to many amenities such as Wal-Mart, Soriana, Starbucks, an Internet Cafe, Mexican shops, doctors, dentists and much more. There are two bays in Manzanillo each with a unique beach and amenities. There are many restaurants to choose from and an enchanting centro area where cruise ships come and go.
This condo features a large balcony the width of the condo and has a relaxing seating area making it an ideal place to watch and listen to the waves crash on the shore. Come on in...the water is fine! Watch whales, dolphins and fish frolic in the ocean. Relax and enjoy cocktails while you watch breath taking sunsets...every night!
Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have an en-suite bathroom and built in closet. Both bedrooms are very spacious. There is a complete single bed in the porch area that will sleep one with its own half bathroom. All bedding and towels are provided. There is maid service included once a week, and available more if required at the renters expense.
It has a spacious laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry sink, ironing board and iron. Enjoy preparing snacks and meals in the fully equipped open plan kitchen dining area. Lounge on the sofas and watch your favorite TV or DVD, whilst looking out at the ocean.
City Bus service is modern, safe and available on the corner of Calla La Vista. Centro, all other bays and amenities are within a 15 minutes car ride. Every Saturday there is a large Mexican market only minutes away.
There is no smoking allowed in the condo, but feel free to smoke on the balcony...ashtrays are provided.
