Beautiful fully equipped home built in the last 6 years is located in a development on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix and offers many amenities for your summer vacation. Located between Charlevoix and East Jordan, the home is located on a heavily wooded lot with lakefront access that includes a beach house, a sandy beach with a gradual slope for safe swimming and a raft for your use. Adjacent to the 2,700 sq/ft home is a large fire pit for campfires and a sand volleyball court. On the rear of the home is a sunroom that opens to a large deck with a new propane oversized BBQ grill and a patio set for your enjoyment. The home also has wi-fi service for your use.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a Kitchenaid built in convection oven and microwave, a Jenn-Air island cook top that includes 4 burners and a grill, an Elite side-by-side refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a built-in Maytag dishwasher and a food disposal. Sitting on the granite countertops is a coffee maker, a toaster and a blender. The kitchen table seats 6, while 4 more can be seated on the adjacent island countertop. The dinning room table can seat another 8 people. The home is entirely trimmed out with oak baseboards, moldings and interior six panel doors.
The first floor of the home offers hardwood floors with a remote controlled gas corner fireplace and a 60+ inch television with surround sound. Although the home is air conditioned, all rooms offer ceiling fans. All 3 baths come with ceramic tiles and Corian countertops, with the master bathroom also offering a Jacuzzi. The first floor has 3 sofas and a fully equipped laundry room.
The home has ample parking in its' circular driveway and along a quiet neighborhood street. The neighborhood offers a a beach house on the lakefront which has multiple picnic tables and another fire pit beside the beach. As the home is located on the second lot from the lake access, you easily be on the beach in a couple of minutes. In the garage, we have both bicycles(3) and kayaks(3) available for your use.

This home was absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you would need for a wonderful vacation. We are a group of 50+ friends and relatives, who during the fall of each year, take a long weekend up north for Applefest. We were very fortunate to find these owners who made our long weekend one of the best we've had yet. We were welcomed with two bottles of wine labeled especially for us which we enjoyed while watching football on the big screen! The accommodations were especially comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. This home is well maintained, comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed a walk along the beach and a sand volleyball game even though the weather wasn't cooperating the way we would have liked. The bedrooms are very spacious, private, with very comfortable beds. The gas fireplace was especially cozy while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. The owners are very easy to work with, very accommodating, and went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased and found everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this home as a vacation rental. You will not be dissapointed.

This spacious home was immaculate and has everything you could want and more. Our family of 5 stayed for a week. It would easily accomodate a few families (parents and cousins for example). Having a lot of space was great: whether in the sun porch,cooking in the kitchen, using the laundry room,out on the deck,or in the living room or family room....a welcome retreat when you want some personal space. The home is nestled in a charming wooded lot. The quaint fence and flower gardens greet you as you approach. While sitting on the deck you enjoy being nestled in the woods. Less than a block, is the splendor of Lake Charlevoix...at "your own" dock and beach house which is easily shared with the homes in the association. There you can swim, fish, boat, read or relax while on the beach. Our family also enjoyed the beautifully landscaped firepit....a must for S'mores! :) The homeowners are professional and personable. Their correspondence was clear and prompt as well as warm and inviting. You will definitely consider returning if not already booking this home for your next MI vacation. This couple put a lot of effort into making sure you have a nice stay at their lovely home. We also enjoyed the nice beach and using their kayaks on the lake. We went to a nearby Lake Michigan beach at the state park several times. But what we appreciated the most is the proximity to the Charlevoix – Petoskey – Harbor Springs areas. Serious tourists: Don’t miss the Mushroom Houses in Charlevoix, Leggs Inn in Cross Village, and the East Jordan Iron Works Museum!
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

We just returned from a week at this home and it was a great time. The home is beautiful, well maintained, clean and comfortable. We used the home as a base and visited not only Lake Charlevoix and the immediately surrounding areas, but also went to the dunes, Mackinack Island, the UP and the locks at Ste Saint Marie. The owner, Greg, was great to deal with and very helpful. I highly recommend this property.

This is a great rental. Nothing bad to say. We spent the week in July. The house is spacious & immaculate.The beach is super. The area has plenty to do. Worth the money. No complaints. You can rent with confindence.

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have had in over 20 years of vacations! The house is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained. It has all the conveniences you would have in your own home and all are of very good quality. The house is about 200yards from the beach and the community beach house has restroom facilities.(very convenient). We rented a boat and jet ski for multiple days and were able to tie them off at the side of the boat slips for the permanent residents. The owner called on our night of arrival to see if there was anything we needed and to make suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. The house is located about 3 miles from East Jordan where there is a full service grocery, gas stations, fast food etc. Charlevoix is about 10 miles to the North, where we found a number of nice reataurants and quaint shops. Overall a fantastic vacation rental!!!

We stayed here for a week in August and loved it! The landscaping around the house was beautiful. The roses and all other flowers were in full bloom. There was a grill on the deck behind the house that was enormous - we could have easily made enough food for 20 people! The beds were really comfy. We liked that the bath attached to the master suite was very large with a jetted tub. The beach was sandy and quiet. We especially liked jumping off the raft. Thanks for a great time! We plan to come back.
