Beautiful fully equipped home built in the last 5 years is located in a development on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix and offers many amenities for your summer vacation. Located between Charlevoix and East Jordan, the home is located on a heavily wooded lot with lakefront access that includes a beach house, a sandy beach with a gradual slope for safe swimming and a raft for your use. Adjacent to the 2,700 sq/ft home is a large fire pit for campfires and a sand volleyball court. On the rear of the home is a sunroom that opens to a large deck with a new propane oversized BBQ grill and a patio set for your enjoyment. The home also has wi-fi service for your use.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with a built in convection oven and microwave, an island cook top that includes 4 burners and a grill, a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a built in dishwasher and a food disposal. Sitting on the granite countertops is a coffee/espresso maker, a wine cooler, a toaster and a blender. The kitchen table seats 6, while 4 more can be seated on the adjacent island countertop. The dinning room table can seat another 8 people.
The first floor of the home offers hardwood floors with a remote controlled gas corner fireplace and a 60+ inch television with surround sound. Although the home is air conditioned, all rooms offer ceiling fans. All 3 baths come with ceramic tiles and Corian countertops, with the master bathroom also offering a Jacuzzi. The first floor has 3 queen sofa sleepers and a fully equipped laundry room.
The home has ample parking in its' circular driveway and along a quiet neighborhood street. The neighborhood offers a a beach house on the lakefront which has multiple picnic tables and another fire pit beside the beach. As the home is located on the second lot from the lake access, you easily be on the beach in a couple of minutes. Also available is a boat slip which is along the lake front and can contain a 25' boat. In the garage, we have both bicycles and kayaks available for your use.

Cleaning fee of $125, plus security deposit of $400 to be returned within 10 days
of departure. 50% due at time of reservation, with remaining 50% due 14 days
prior to arrival. No shows is cause for forfeit of down payment.
Use of the boat slip is an additional $125 per week.
