This spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath 11th floor PENTHOUSE unit at the Grand Sandestin has views that will take your breath away. From your balcony, you will overlook the bay, the marina, the Village and the Gulf of Mexico! The sunsets will make you never want to leave! This beautifully decorated condo offers 3 large bedrooms, with beautiful views and each with a king size bed, and boasts 2 masters, both featuring large bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living and dining area are very spacious and comfortable. The Grand Sandestin has access to a large pool area that includes a large freeform pool, two hot tubs, and plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the area.
As if that's not enough, the Grand Sandestin sits right in the heart of the Village at Baytowne Wharf. The Village features more than two dozen shops, unique specialty boutiques, casual and upscale dining, as well as nightclubs and bars. There are also nightly events in the common area including concerts, and movies on the lawn. Event guides are available from the Concierge.
When you step outside The Village, you'll find within Sandestin's 2400 acres activities and amenities abound! With 72 holes of golf, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, biking, fishing, and kid friendly activities including Kid Zone and Children's Evening Out, there is certainly something for everyone! Hurricane or Storm Policy – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The Day that the National Weather Service Orders a Mandatory Evacuation Order in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

We stayed with our 2 adult children and their spouses, along with 4 young grandchildren for 3 nights last summer. We had a wonderful time! We had plenty of room and each family had their own bathroom. The view was beautiful! We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching boats coming and going into the Bayside Marina. The pool was very convenient. Best of all, we had restaurants and entertainment just a short walk away at Bayside Wharf without having to get in the car. The beach was a short drive across the highway and we were given a pass to park in the Sandestin Hilton parking lot right on the beach. We plan to return again this summer for a longer stay!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

To the owners: Our weekend visit 3/19 through 3/21 was wonderful. The accommodations, along with the beautiful sunset were amazing. The only problem is we wish we could have stayed longer. My family and I will definitely be back real soon for a much longer visit! Thanks again for a wonderful weekend get-away!

I recently stayed in this unit with my husband, and 3 children, ages 10, 5, and 17 months. We enjoyed our stay VERY much. The unit has a great view of the bay, and of the beautiful pool. Great furnishings throughout the unit. We especially loved being able to walk to The Village. It was so nice not having to load up the kids to go and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We could walk, and push our baby in the stroller, right down to the Village in under 5 minutes. We also could cook in our unit with the full kitchen if we wished. This was our first stay at Grand Sandestin. We have stayed on the beachside, and in a home on a lake, but this stay was our best yet. There is so much to do in The Village, we would rather stay here, than on the beach. The pool is right out the door of the Grand Sandestin. There are 2 hot tubs around the pool also. The property managers that you reserve this unit through were very easy to work with also. I called a few times to ask questions after we arrived, and always got an answer first try, and a friendly, helpful voice on the phone. I would highly recommend this unit.
