Why the Owner Chose Island South
My vacation rental is the condo where we use to live until we built a home. It's direct ocean front, ground floor, corner unit. It's located on the non-driving section of the beach and about a mile south of the beach pier. The condo is close to shopping, restaurants and the historic downtown area.

Beautiful white sandy beaches, sparkling pool, small community. You can go shelling, surfing, take romatic walks on the beach and watch georgous sunrises and moonrises.
Climb to the top of the lighthouse and see downtown St. Augustine and the Atlantic Ocean.
