Have that morning cup of coffee on the large deck while enjoying the spectacular view of this deep water cove and the main lake! Smell breakfast cooking on the gas grill. Check your email using the available High Speed Wireless connection before starting the day's activities. With your boat or jet ski tied to the spacious pier you can be on the main lake in less than a minute and the cove is great for waterskiing or tubing. With large indoor spaces for eating and other activities, this 2-story home with its Direct TV connection, DVD and CD players and four baths is great for families. No need to fear that occasional rainy day!
There are 4 bedrooms which include a first-floor master with a queen bed, private full bath with double sinks, walk-in closet and TV with Direct TV. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms (1 with queen bed, 2 with double beds), a queen sleep sofa and 2 full baths. Can sleep 10 comfortably (plus double Futon, toddler bed & Pack 'n’ Play) and accommodate multiple families with ease with 4 full baths (2 downstairs/2 upstairs). Bring your own linens and towels or use ours for $5 per person for the week and you wash/dry and replace. There is the pier and cove. The living room downstairs (sofa, love seat and futon) has a wonderful view of the pier and cove. At meal time there is ample seating at the glass-top table inside (8) with a bar off the kitchen with seating for 2-3 family and friends.
There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with large island, new glass-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator. There is a large pantry and a washer and dryer off the kitchen.
At the end of the dock there is 6-7 feet of water. There is room for a boat and there are steps and ladder access to the water. Great swim area for smaller children near the steps. There is also a public boat launch within 6.25 miles at Myrick Estates.
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to take a walk, run or bike ride. isThis houses located 8 minutes from Littleton with several quaint, small-town restaurants and shops. Roanoke Rapids is about 15 minutes away where you will find Wal-Mart, Food Lion, Ruby Tuesday’s, Logan’s Steak House, Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks, Lowes Home Improvement and many other shops.
Renters must be 25 years of age to lease. Absolutely NO pets and No smoking in the house. (Outside ashtrays provided.) Maximum Occupancy 14.
