Victoria’s Beach House is a new rental in the area and is sure to be a popular one! It is located just a short walk away from two of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas. On one side of the house is the Atlantic Ocean and on the other side is Coco Bay. Each beach has its own special characteristics.
The Atlantic Beach stretches for miles in each direction and there are no crowds. The Atlantic Beach also has coral reefs just off shore for snorkeling and lobster hunting in season. Coco Bay Beach offers a palm tree lined beach that is usually calm and out of the wind.
There is a public dock right around the corner from the Green Turtle Club and Brendal’s Dive Shop which is less then 5 minutes away by golf cart and about 10 minutes away if walking. You can keep your rental boat there. Munjack Cay is only five miles to the North if island hopping is a part of your plans.
Our property manager will meet you at your arrival (by ferry) and take you to our home for a showing of the property. She also will assist you in renting a boat or golf cart, arranging for scuba diving exscursions, fising trips, etc. (Please try to set these before your arrival as space is limited)
Victoria’s Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that can sleep up to seven people. The house’s interior has high vaulted ceilings with its walls, ceilings & beams finished all in cypress lumber. The newly remodeled kitchen has all wood cabinets and granite counter tops.
There are three bedrooms; two with queen beds and the third with a double bed. There is also a twin day bed if you have a seventh person.
Victoria’s Beach House offers many amenities including central air; ceiling fans; a 42’’ plasma television including HBO, Showtime and Cinemax; a Vonage phone line & fax machine with an Atlanta phone number and free calling to the US, Canada and England; and internet service for your laptop. The kitchen offers a dishwasher; electric stove; coffee maker; toaster; and other features.
There is a deck that runs along the entire house and it has a porch area out back with a grill and table and chairs for outside dining. This house boasts ocean views from three sides!
Green Turtle Cay is a small island located just east of the mainland of Abaco in The Bahamas. The quaint community of New Plymouth is found here on this tiny cay. Here one can find a hundred things to do, or nothing at all.
Many consider Green Turtle Cay to be a little slice of heaven. It is populated by about 500 friendly, year-round residents who welcome visitors with open arms. The Caribbean atmosphere is punctuated by sandy beaches, sunny skies and clear blue seas. A virtual tropical paradise!!!
**Treasure Cay (TCB) airport is the closest Marsh Harbor (MHH) is a 35 minutetaxi ride from the ferry landing**
