Great vacation getaway or short term rentals. oceanfront studios located on the first floor with in a stone throw away from the beach. Building is ten minutes from Bal Harbor on the same beach next to 'Trump International Beach Resort, experience breathtaking views of sunrise/sunsets on sandy white beaches. Studios have fully equipped kitchens with all appliances/cookware, sofa/futon, two double Murphy beds to allow a spacious living area, bath towels, beach towels, lines all incluided. Units comes with 'FREE' WIFI-INTERNET, 'FREE CABLE', 'FREE' PHONE LINE (local calls), 'FREE' GATED PARKING. Building has two large pools (one is heated), laundry rooms, BBQ grills, Tikki Huts on the beach and is walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, gym, shopping malls. I have two studios in the same building, so tell your family and friends to come with you. Calendar Updates: I have two Studios in the same building, same floor, with the same layout and furniture, I only use one calendar for both studios, if your dates are still showing available in my calendar after making a reservation, it means that the other studio is still available for those dates.
Fitness Center/ Gym: There are two fitness centers/ gym located with in walking distance from the unit, that you can use daily for a fee, one is called Miami Beach Fitness, (Address) 17050 Collins Ave, (Phone) 305-945-7570, the other is Lady of America, (Address) 17780 Collins Ave, (Phone) 305-971-2050.
Lost Keys/ Parking Permit/ Gate Remote: If you lose the keys, parking permit or gate remote, there will be a $50.00 replacement fee deducted for each item from your deposit on departure.

Nice place with a good use of space. The beach is literally in the backyard and the unit is conveniently located to most amenities. Val is a very accomodating person and made sure to go the extra mile in ensuring our satisfaction with our stay. Additionally, there was several items provided for our use in the unit including utensils, appliances, complimentary items, as well as other miscellaneous items that we would have otherwise have gone out to purchase. All in all, a good stay and would rent from again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Tout juste de retour de Miami..... Tout d'abord merci encore à Valentino qui nous attendu 3 heures sur place cause retard d'avion suivi de souci pour location de voiture....... L'appartement est très calme, bien situé 'entre Miami et Palm Beach (plus loin quand même!) avec clim, 2 piscines et une plage immense et magnifique avec accès direct. Le parking privé est pratique mais les noctambules risquent de na pas trouver de place en rentrant. No souci le gardien trouve une place exterieure! Sunny Isles est un endroit plaisant, facile d'accès avec toutes les commodités y compris un restaurant Francais ! Ok so I was a little sketchy about renting this place. I am use to staying at a 10-20 story condo with a balcony, but I really needed to save money and Miami can get expensive! I don't know what or how the other rooms look like but if you rent from Val it should be great. The unit was clean and did not give me a yucky dirty feeling. I LOVE that I was just able to park right at the building! I had my mom and two kids and they said they love the place way better than when I rented those overrated condos. It was really easy walking to and from the beach which was like 10 steps. You are also closed by restaurants, grocery stores, cvs,etc. South Beach is a good 15-20 mins drive if you have a car. I was really happy at the end of my vacation! Everything was great! Also Val was really quick on returning the deposit. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The location next to the Ocean was great. All of the amenities I needed were in walking distance and I had a great time renting a car and easily driving to South Beach, Downtown Miami and Aventura. I liked the fact that the complex was secured by a gate. In addition, everything that I needed for a great stay was provided (cookery, linens, laundry facilities, beach items, wi-fi, cable tv, etc.) Next time I'm around, I will definitely look into staying here again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Val was great, he has towels and beach chairs, all the amenities were more than I had expected. The return of the deposit was very prompt. I will definitely tell others about this place, Sunny Isles Beach is close to everything, you can walk to the grocery store, and many places to eat out. The best part was you were literally 50 feet from the ocean/beach. There was no hassle of going up to a hotel room, elevators, etc. Its like you were staying directly on the beach. What a wonderful little place this is. My husband and I really enjoyed our week here. It was equipped with everything that we needed. We were able to do some of our meals (since I don't like to cook while I am on vacation) in the kitchen which saved money so we could really enjoy all the great restuarants in the area. The beach was perfect and the pools and paito area were wonderful. The place is small, but we would keep one bed up during the day and doing that, gave us lots of room. I was blown away by the beauty of the beach, and how close it was from our condo, and all the tall condos in this area. Very easy to get to all the places that we wanted to see. We spent the Christmas season at Val´s studio and we had an awesome time. The studio was great and clean, the beach and the ocean right around the corner and all kinds of shops in walking distance. We have to thank Val again who even left his Christmas celebration on the 25th of December in order to open the door for us because we had locked ourselves out. magnifique séjour à Miami Beach, la location est superbe, dans un endroit très calme a coté de tout et sur la grande avenue....plage de sable fin, piscine a proximité le propriétaire et très gentil, chaleureux et serviable, je reviendrais avec un grand plaisirRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.
