Tout juste de retour de Miami..... Tout d'abord merci encore à Valentino qui nous attendu 3 heures sur place cause retard d'avion suivi de souci pour location de voiture....... L'appartement est très calme, bien situé 'entre Miami et Palm Beach (plus loin quand même!) avec clim, 2 piscines et une plage immense et magnifique avec accès direct. Le parking privé est pratique mais les noctambules risquent de na pas trouver de place en rentrant. No souci le gardien trouve une place exterieure! Sunny Isles est un endroit plaisant, facile d'accès avec toutes les commodités y compris un restaurant Francais ! Bref nous avons apprécié et encore Meci à Valentino pour sa patience, son accueil et sa confiance, il me comprendra.....n'hesitez pas !! Laurent, Cécile et Alizée

Ok so I was a little sketchy about renting this place. I am use to staying at a 10-20 story condo with a balcony, but I really needed to save money and Miami can get expensive! I don't know what or how the other rooms look like but if you rent from Val it should be great. The unit was clean and did not give me a yucky dirty feeling. I LOVE that I was just able to park right at the building! I had my mom and two kids and they said they love the place way better than when I rented those overrated condos. It was really easy walking to and from the beach which was like 10 steps. You are also closed by restaurants, grocery stores, cvs,etc. South Beach is a good 15-20 mins drive if you have a car. I was really happy at the end of my vacation! Everything was great! Also Val was really quick on returning the deposit. I will definetly stay here again whenever I am down in Miami again.

Val was great, he has towels and beach chairs, all the amenities were more than I had expected. The return of the deposit was very prompt. I will definitely tell others about this place, Sunny Isles Beach is close to everything, you can walk to the grocery store, and many places to eat out. The best part was you were literally 50 feet from the ocean/beach. There was no hassle of going up to a hotel room, elevators, etc. Its like you were staying directly on the beach. Val was great and the room was perfect! If we choose to come back to Miami, we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Val!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très sympathique dans ce petit studio situé au calme à Sunny Isles Beach. Le logement présente tout le confort nécessaire pour un court séjour (2 lits doubles, TV, clim, frigo neuf, etc.). Un parking privé et clos permet se garer en toute quiétude. La plage est à situé à 20 mètres de la porte d'entré, et deux agréables piscines sont à la disposition des locataires. Le réseau de bus permet de se rendre assez facilement à South Beach (45min minimum) et il y a un hypermarché "Publix" et des petits commerces à moins de 300 mètres du studio. Un grand centre commercial (Aventura Mall) se trouve également à 10min de bus pour les joies du shopping. Amandine & Alexis, Dijon, France

What a wonderful little place this is. My husband and I really enjoyed our week here. It was equipped with everything that we needed. We were able to do some of our meals (since I don't like to cook while I am on vacation) in the kitchen which saved money so we could really enjoy all the great restuarants in the area. The beach was perfect and the pools and paito area were wonderful. The place is small, but we would keep one bed up during the day and doing that, gave us lots of room. I was blown away by the beauty of the beach, and how close it was from our condo, and all the tall condos in this area. Very easy to get to all the places that we wanted to see. Being that close to the three Donald Trump Towers was amazing. Thanks Va

Studio was very clean and good enough for a small family. Val is very nice person. I thank him for his help .I recommend this nice studio to every one. If I plan to go again to Miami beach,for sure I would ask Val for his studio.

Great Christmas Vacation

We spent the Christmas season at Val´s studio and we had an awesome time. The studio was great and clean, the beach and the ocean right around the corner and all kinds of shops in walking distance. We have to thank Val again who even left his Christmas celebration on the 25th of December in order to open the door for us because we had locked ourselves out. Cheers M & T

We stayed there for 2 weeks, it is great location, the studio is lovely. Quiet, safe and so close to the sea!!! :-) Val was very welcoming, even though he had to wait for us to get there as we got lost the 1st day. Thank you Val!!! If we visit Miami again, we`ll definetly stay here again!

Great Beachfront Studio!

My girlfriend and I spend a week of our vacation in this studio, is right on the beach, the studio is on the first floor, you walk outside your door and there's the beach, there are free Tikki Huts on the sand facing the beach with two lounge chairs with great views of sunrise and sunsets, we also enjoyed two large clean pools on the property, the studio was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Val the property manager was great and very helpful with tips on all the attractions. We recomend this studio for anyone who wants to get away from it all, enjoy the beach and relax. Will be back!

We spent 10 days and had a great time! The unit was clean and as promised, as always (this was our third rental with Val and never fails to deliver). Honestly, a stones throw from the most gorgeous beach. We were sure to catch sunrise a few times and secured one of the awesome tiki umbrellas to spend our days in the sand. Tip: buy the cheap inflatable airmattresses as a cushion for the beach lounges. The pools were cool and clean. Never any issues with noise or inconsiderate neighbors; all very friendly. Great value for a dollar with a stand up, accommodating landlord. Our return deposit was waiting for us by the time we arrived at home. You won't be disappointed with your stay. I spent a good time in this appartment. It was clean, with everything you need a kitchen. There's a lot of space for clothes and all the stuff you may have. Close to the beach: 20 metres. So good to have the internet and cable TV. Just the bad thing is that you can not do anything is the fridge that is a bit noisy when its engine starts but you forget it with the time. I spent 3 weeks there.

We had a great stay here! The unit was clean and though small , who cares when it is steps from a private beach with Tiki huts and two pools . We were looking to relax and we did. You don't even need to rent a car. Great restaurants are within walking distance and bus stops right outside the compound. We look forward to our next trip down..... thanks for the wine Val it was great!

Bad Experience, with a bitter taste at the end.

We rent the apartment for 10 days. Both weekends we been there were full of people drinking, and eating everywhere, even inside the pool. Beside this, the really bad experience was at our last day, we get stuck on a traffic jam, and we arrived one hour late for the check out, when we get to our place, the owner (Val) and one other guy, had already taken our things almost out of the apartment and they stole the key (value in 50 USD) to us, the key was up in a table ready to be given back to the Owner. When we get to another place we´d rent we realize that a leather bag was missing too. Fortunately we travel a lot and this was the worst experience of our life. There we´re some other things, like we had no internet access for 2 days, no fridge for 3 days, and the owner responses where too slow. Conclusions, don´t make any deal with Val.

Owner response: I've been advertising my beachfront studios with HomeAway since 2007, in my ad under "Lost Keys" there is a $50.00 fee. In my four years of doing business, all my guest have always been happy with their stay and have left positive reviews. The only part that has any truth to this review, is that on departure, the guest only returned one set of keys, he or his girlfriend lost the other set, when he was told that there will be a $50.00 fee deducted from his security deposit, he left very angry and wrote this review. I refunded the balance of his security deposit and had to change the locks before my next guest arrived.

We came all the way from Canada, this place was great, not only is it compact but comes fully furnished, Val is awesome, welcoming and very helpful. The place was spotless. The beach is literally seconds walk from our room its a nice quiet beach really relaxing. The place is 2 min walk away from a bus that can take you to south beach and there’s a lot of amenities that are in walking distance Overall i would definitely return and stay at this location place felt like home for 9 days ! Thanks for Everything Val!

Nice place with a good use of space. The beach is literally in the backyard and the unit is conveniently located to most amenities. Val is a very accomodating person and made sure to go the extra mile in ensuring our satisfaction with our stay. Additionally, there was several items provided for our use in the unit including utensils, appliances, complimentary items, as well as other miscellaneous items that we would have otherwise have gone out to purchase. All in all, a good stay and would rent from again!

Nice Clean Room ,with 2 comfortable murphy beds and futon ,nice clean small kitchen with everything you need to cook with ,easy to find ,close to everything .but buy far the best part is you are 10 steps from the ocean with great views , 2 nice big clean pools ...it was perfect to relax and no one bother's you which is great ... It is a simple clean place that gives you everything and more for a great price ......thanks Val we will be back

We stayed at this property for 8 nights over the July 4th weekend and loved every minute of it. It is literally steps from the sand on an un-crowded, pristine beach. The unit is very clean and has everything you could need--towels, linens, dishes, glassware, a coffee maker, and beach necessities (chairs, a cooler, etc.) Also, the property is very convenient to the highway, the Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour, and only a short drive to Miami and South Beach. I would definitely come back again in the future!

Great location! Unit was super clean and equipped with everything you need for a fun day at beach! Pools were clean and not overcrowded. The ocean view was spectacular, and the unit is literally steps from the beach. Great price worth every penny!! Neighbors also extremely friendly. This was a wonderful vacation experience for me and my family! The apartment was very clean and came with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. The pools and property are very well maintained and the neighbors were friendly. The apartment is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants and just a short drive to many other Miami attractions. I would definitely recommend renting this unit to anyone who is considering it and plan on renting it again in the future. The property owner Val was friendly and wonderful to work with. It was obvious that he strives to make this an enjoyable and affordable get away for those who rent from him. Thank you Val for an unforgettable vacation!!

This unit was everything it list as and much more. We were a little apprehensive because (like many beach front units) it was a little older. However; this place was immaculate. The owner has done an exceptional job maintaining this unit. It was stocked with the nicest bedding & dishes and even included a few extras that travelers many times forget to pack. It is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, a drug store and grocery stores.

I loved it!....It is everything that is statted in the ad for this propertyl It is right on the beach. It has 2 swimming pools and 1 is heated. It is a good location just north of south miami and south beach. It has all amenities. It is very clean and neat. there is nothing negative to say about it. I really enjoyed my stay and I would go back and recommend it to friends. It is a great value for your money. Roberta/ Boston

I stayed in this property for one month. It was a clean and well laid out studio apartment. Val the property manager was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable, relaxing vacation. I will call him everytime I am looking for a rental in the Miami area.
