Just recently back from 1 wk stay during the hot summer and had a fabulous time! The condo was absolutely what we expected and more! Very clean, all the amenities we needed. We were also very impressed with the property maintenance as there were grounds crews constantly tending to the property and pools to ensure things were clean. Gardening & landscaping was beautiful! Owner was extremely helpful and answered all our questions, even the dumb ones :), which made it easy to chose this condo. Unit caretaker went WAY BEYOND in ensuring we knew where to shop, what restaurants she'd recommend and what sights are worth seeing. She was always available to offer assistance if anything came up. Would highly recommend this condo! (Summer was bit on the hot side though, but it was what we were looking for given our summer has been on the cool side!)

We very much enjoyed our spring month at this condo. There are two nice decks - each with a view and deck furniture. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and there was a barbecue on one deck. A large pool and hot tub are conveniently located close by. The owner was very nice to work with and she has an excellent caretaker to introduce you to the unit and deal with any problems that may occur. The condo was very clean and in a nicely maintained country club in the heart of Palm Springs. We're going back for another month next year.

Recipe for a memorable vacation……Take a spectacular view of snow capped mountains…add a fully equipped condo with a fabulous property manager who is at your every beckon call when she isn’t busy pointing out local areas of interest. To all of these amenities mix in the best owner who makes a huge effort to work with you --------- the chosen renter.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in Suzy's condo for five weeks while conducting a search (successful) for a winter home. Everything was highly satisfactory. Suzy's two-bedroom unit is nicely furnished and perfectly situated. Mesquite itself is mature, quiet, and very well maintained. Two very minor glitches were promtply fixed. Highly recommended.
