This wonderful house was perfect for our work retreat. With gorgeous views of the water from the open floor plan upstairs and the 2 front bedrooms, it was a very relaxing atmosphere in which to work. There was beautiful stonework in the landscaping. Each of the 4 rooms has its own bathroom as advertised, and each room was uniquely named and designed with its own individual style. The bedroom on the bottom level is an apartment-style suite with a microwave and refrigerator and separate entrance (but can also be accessed from inside the house). If only 3 bedrooms are needed, the owner is willing to close off the apartment, and charge a rate for just the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen had coffee grinder, KitchenAid mixer, food processor, an espresso maker, and more Le Creuset pots that you could possibly ever need! The linens were as good as you'll find in any top hotel, and the house was perfectly cleaned and ready prior to our arrival. The owner was very responsive despite an overseas work trip and my own busy schedule. Sunsets on the porch were a real treat, and the pathway down to the private beach was easy to access. This is a true Cape Cod gem of a house any time of year, and I certainly hope to return.

Perfect size, location, style and decor! We had the best time on vacation here. We brought our dog and walked the beaches every day. We had clambakes and lobster rolls at the house. You really do not want to leave once you are in this house. VIEWS VIEWS AND MORE VIEWS! This place has it all. We had 4 adults and each of us had our own room with bathroom. That made it perfect for when we needed to get ready in a hurry. Clean clean clean...the house seems like its brand new. Hot tub party! Private beach to walk on. What else could you ask for. Thank you so much Craig! We will be back...

We had a group of 6 women who have rented houses in a variety of locations in the U.S. for an annual gathering. After spending almost a week in this house, we decided this would be our permanent get-away place. Everything was perfect. Each bedroom is comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the fact that each has it's own bath is a real benefit. The living areas indoors and out had everything we needed and more. The view was spectacular and access to the beach was simple. The house was spotless and meticulously maintained. The owner was unusually responsive to any questions and requests. Nothing but superlatives for this house and the rental experience!

This is an absolutely stunning house. I don't think any photos can do this house justice. Each room is wonderfully decorated and spacious. We had a group of 10 people stay there for a weekend getaway. We had the best of both worlds- a quiet, beach front property filled with amazing amenities (including a hot tub!!!) and the vibrant Ptown nightlife, just a couple miles down the road. Everyone went home dreaming about how they could own a house like that. The owner was quick with emails and very responsive to our questions/needs. I would highly recommend staying here!

We found in this home the perfect setting for a family gathering. The views of the ocean -- from the deck, the great room, and from two fantastic bedrooms -- are spectacular. The kitchen is amazing and suitable for cooking for and serving a crowd with comfort. The ammenities are stunningly good -- from pots and serving dishes in the kitchen, to bed linens, to top-of-the-line bathrooms. Rain or shine, this is an absolutely perfect retreat and we hope to return for many years to come. The owner is very accessible and supportive. A major attraction is beach walking. For dog owners, this is heaven on earth as the beach is accessible and walkable for miles and miles.

I have rented this house with for a long weekend off season for the past five years. As I got ready to book for this year I realized I have been remiss in never submitting a review. I guess I've been selfish wanting to keep this house a secret! My husband and I rented it for a couples getaway the first year and were blown away by the thoughtfulness and quality of the house. Its high end but in the most unpretentious way. Its such a beautiful house and so well layed out we realized we had to share it with our friends. As previous people have said pictures do not do it justice. Each bedroom has its own personality as well as bathroom. Ten people can easily live in this house but escape for privacy when needed. The design and quality from the tile in the bathrooms to the three separate sinks in the kitchen make living beautiful and easy. The kitchen is layed out well and you can cook together as a group without being in anyone's way. The deck is huge and steps to the beach. The house really is gorgeous and from what I understand designed by the owner. Craig is very responsive to whatever your needs are and always asked me if the house had all the amenities we needed. My only wish would be more bedrooms so we could bring include more friends!

This house was beyond compare. This was our first experience renting and being in Provincetown. The place was well maintained, the owner went out of his way to be sure everything was perfect and was able to stop by and have a glass of wine with us. I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and did not want to leave the house. Having our dog with us made it even more special and got us out to the beach every day, which we had it all to ourselves. Wonderful sunrises and beautiful sunsets over the town past Pilgrim Monument.

Perfect house. Photos don't show the high-end finishes, the quality of light, the dramatic spaces. Everything is utterly impeccable. I would go back tomorrow if I didn't live half a country away. Owner was wonderful.

We had a group of ten people, some strangers to one another. The house was the envy of all, and provided plenty of public space for bonding, and private space for napping, etc. Even the design professionals could find no detail of design or maintenance to quibble with, and the professional chef found the kitchen a joy to work in, and perfectly equpped. As beautiful as the house is, it is not at all "fussy," and everyone (including two small dogs and their owners) found it both comfortable and easy to maintain. A great, great house.

Our stay at the Neptune was fantastic. The house is much more beautiful in person as others have suggested. The perfect decor for a beach house with the blue kitchen and rugs and soft, natural fabrics on furniture. Much of our stay was spent on the deck overlooking the water. With two small children the gated deck was perfect for allowing the children to be outside and safe. I couldn't believe how private the beach was. We were the only family on the beach the entire week. Several people and dogs would walk the beach, but we really didn't have to share it with anyone. It was also nice being on the bay side with small children. The water was quite warm for so early in the season (1st week of June) and smooth. Craig was very understanding and helpful in making our vacation the best it could have been. We are truly thankful for his kindness. My family and I highly recommend this property for your vacation.

Imagine waking up every morning to nothing but the sun flooding into your master bedroom, overlooking the ocean and seeing nothing but the deck and the blue ocean. That is this house and it was amazing. Followed by coffee on the deck before everyone else wakes up and possibly a fresh breakfast cooked in the chef's kitchen... it could not have been more of a vacation unless we were in Hawaii. The house is huge, top of the line and amazing. The only downside is the fact that it's almost 2 miles from the nightlife which makes transportation difficult... unless you find the amazing cab drivers who will put up with you wanting to trek in and out of town at the most busy of hours. In the end, if you want solitude, a beautiful home and an even more amazing view, this is the place... Not to mention that the owners are great! ENJOY!

We stayed at this home for a long weekend in February 09 with our friends and it was fantastic. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The views are spectacular, very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and takes exceptional care of this property. We had four couples and it was the perfect set up, close to P-Town, but very private and relaxing. We would recommend this home to anyone and plan to go back next year. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!!

We had a fantastic holiday at Neptune cottage, 3 adults and 4 children, the views are amazing and the quality of the house was excellent. Private, quite and highly recommended. We enjoyed all the festivities of PTown over christmas and new year, close to town but right on the beach. Facilities inside and out were of the highest standard, we cant wait to go back.

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, this house has the comfortable feeling of being at home. The view is breathtaking and the sea air puts you at peace as soon as you step out onto the deck. The pictures don't come close to capturing the warmth of this property. Thanks for sharing your home. We had a wonderful visit.

Our week at this property in Provincetown in early October was delightful. Exactly as advertised. The house is very pleasant, comfortable, nicely furnished and well-equipped. The outside areas are particularly nice and our group of seven adults greatly enjoyed the deck, patio and hot tub. On our two rainy days, there were plenty of games, puzzles and books to entertain us. We would happily have a return visit and gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice house in a quiet section of a Cape Cod town.

This is an absolutely lovely house. I spent two weeks here with my family in August, and we had the best holiday ever! The house is on the ocean front, superbly equipped, everything works, the owner doesn't skimp with anything, and it shows. There is care in every detail, and there is a harmony in the way the house is done up that you don't normally find in rented homes. Provincetown and the Outer Cape have something for everyone: stunning nature, fun shows, art, history, beaches to suits all tastes. I'd recommend this house to anybody, old or young. It is a happy and beautiful place.
