Old Adirondack charm is found throughout the spectacular Beaver Point Lodge. Located on a very private setting on Soft Maple Lake, and situated on a point surrounded by water, Beaver Point Lodge is the ideal get away for family and friends. Crafted in the tradition of Adirondack style lodging, Beaver Point provides luxurious accommodations, while capturing the essence of a wilderness escape. Beaver Point Lodge has 4500 sq ft of upscale Adirondack lodging. Tongue-and-groove pine is used extensively on the walls and ceilings of the lodge. Careful attention to detail and materials is found throughout the lodge. The lodge will comfortably accommodate 14-16 people and is ideal for family reunions, outdoor clubs, snowmobile family groups, or as a getaway for friends.
Lodge Details: The Lodge has 4,500 sq. ft. of upscale living accommodations including 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a huge great room with a stone fireplace... we supply all the wood you need. The large well equipped kitchen is located adjacent to the great room. The dining area is part of the great room and we have seating for 16. The large deck spans the complete length of the lodge with a screened porch located in the center. On the lower level of Beaver Point Lodge is a large entertainment and game room. The game room is 20' x 30' and has a ping-pong table, pool table and a game board table. There is also a wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. Adjacent and open to the game area is the entertainment room. We have a large screen TV, VCR/DVD player, CD changer and a surround sound stereo amplifier.
Lake Details: Your rental comes with a 2011 22" Sweetwater pontoon boat with a 70 hp Yamaha motor. The lodge has over 1600 feet of lakefront and is very secluded on the 5+ acre property. There is a large level beach area with a fire pit and seating for your whole group. There is a new high quality dock and swim platform. We have 2 canoes and 2 kayaks that come with the rental. Soft Maple Lake is comprised of 2 lakes connected by a channel suitable for motor boat passage and is located mid way down the Beaver River. The Beaver River is easy to paddle with no major rapids or whitewater and is essentially flat water the entire 14-mile course, however during release periods there are 3 sections near the lodge that feature class 3-5 rapids. Soft Maple Lake and the Beaver River are excellent for fishing. Fish for trout, bass, walleye and more.
Snowmobiling: Beaver Point Lodge is directly connected to NY State Corridor 8, which is accessible right from our doorstep. The trail is part of the NY State snowmobiling system and provides endless snowmobiling enjoyment on hundreds of miles of groomed trails. Enjoy the many secondary trails in the immediate area or travel to Stillwater (10 miles) and Old Forge (30 miles). Tug Hill and Brantingham are also directly connected and about 20-30 miles away. With an average 250 inches of snowfall per year, you can bet on some great winter trail riding.

There were 11 of us, 8 from Australia and 3 from NYC, ages from 3 months to 60. We had a fantastic week over Xmas, with lots of snow which the kids from Australia who havent had a snow holiday before thought was just great. The lodge was extremely comfortable for a large group with 2 completely separate lounge areas, a great games room and it was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of crockery etc. The main lounge / dining area with the open fire was great. Bedrooms with ensuites, a good laundry,good quality furniture throughout. This lodge surpassed our expectations. All contact with the owner was very professional. I highly recommend this lodge, the photos on the website just dont do it justice - it is so much better !!! A great week for our family in a great location.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at the house in the end of April 2009. There were 16 of us. The house is unbelievable. We neverleft it during the whole weekend. It is gorgeous, spotless, with everything one might need. The owner is extremely helpful and the caretaker was great. The lake is beautiful, pristine with lots of little waterfalls and beavers. Winter/Spring nightly rate: $550 per night Fall nightly rate: $650 per night New Years and Christmas: $750 per night Summer rentals are one-week minimum mid-Jun - Labor Day weekend. $6200-$6800 week Holiday weekends and New Year's are 3-night minimum rentals. Thanksgiving and Christmas are 4-night minimum rentals. 2 night minimum all other times of year. Additional - $150 cleaning charge. Sheets and Towels optional for $100
