Accommodations: House, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10)
Put Simply it's a five bedroom family house, with a separate childrens quarters, TV room and childrens bathroom.
Huge open plan kitchen, chefs tools provided. Glasses, plates and coffee, tea making equipment all provided as is cutlery and oven equipment. Center Island provides seating for four if formality is not your thing. The living room has a huge wood burning fire, If Backgammon or pool is your game we have lovely tables of games to play on and a pinball machine which only accepts quarters. Use other coins it jams the slot, so call out will be charged for. Flat screen televisions are in all adult bedrooms, master and master Bath has it's own DVD / CD / radio surround sound.
The guest quarters are on the other side of the house from the Kids not far enough not to hear them, with separate guest bathroom, shared between, both guest bedrooms have closed hanging space.
Main Bedroom has its own bathroom / shower & separate dressing room. The shower has a seat, separate shower heads for the body as well as your head, Firm bars are also on either side of the shower and on the right of the bath for those people with bad backs or recovering from surgery.
The house is wheelchair friendly providing you stick to the concrete.
A separate smokers & dining areas / party room, leads to an outside patio with its own fireplace and seating area, with outside misters close to the pool & Spa.
Small gardens are on both sides of the house entire property is walled. Great for small pets.
Childrens toys, a small selection of games , books & Dolls . Monitors and a child seat can be arranged with notice. All linen provided. We even have a ( baby's bed ). Most things like this we can do because we have been there.
The only stipulation regarding the pool is that absolutely no glass is allowed by the pool and spa for obvious reasons. Plenty of plastic cups are provided. All outside music is to be kept reasonable and turned off at 11 A. M. outside, period. All umbrellas are to be down by 2.30 p.m. due to climate change, any damage to them will be charged for.
Access to Mission Hills Country Club is available to those people who know the owner well.A house car can also be provided under separate terms and conditions should the need arise.
The house is available for filming, Corporate getaways, medical packages can be arranged anytime. With the chocolate Mountain range and the Santa Rosa mountains either side of the property it makes the views at times spectacular.
All we ask you to do is enjoy and treat it with respect any malicious damage and or theft of property will be met with the full extent of the Law. Enjoy.

- We are right opposite the Desert Princess resort were people like to play Golf. There is a very handy Stater Brothers supermarket just opened on the Corner again opposite The Desert Princess. Fashioned by the Canadians. Access through owner can be obtained to the Mission Hills Country Club to play Tennis and socialize in there great bar and patio area. They also have a great gym. Owner will only do this as his friends as an introduction to you only on repeat business.

Prime Time Weekly from $1790 - $1965, Off Peak from $1460 - $1645
Nightly Prime from $300 - $320, Off Peak from $250 - $280 (minimum of 2 nights)
Other charges include a non refundable cleaning fee, applicable city taxes and a
refundable security deposit. Excess Pool, Gas and Electric.
Excess Gas & Electric will be charged at cost.

If your after a great family house with all the toys this is a great rental. Plenty of room and a great atmosphere. If you know the owners personally there are many other perks that can be included to make your time with us a come back must. You enjoy we enjoy
so just pick the phone up and call us directly. No agents or other fees involved.
Why the Owner Chose Cathedral City
Great weather for eight months of the year. The summers are so hot you could cook an egg on the driveway. Mid June / August . It's your choice.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The Space and the fact it has everything you need for a great vocation including the fact it's so close to everything including the freeway. Lake Arrowhead is no more than an hour away door to door as is skiing in Big Bear or Running springs. Jan through March. Polo is Fem through the same in La Quinta East of the 10. About a half hour drive from Everwood. Sunday Brunch is a great day out.
