VILLA KISKADEE

Villa Kiskadee is a beautiful, three level, four suite, Tropical Modern style home with pool, located in Tulemar Gardens. It is perched on a large, private, estate sized lot and has spectacular and dramatic ocean views; without a doubt, some of the best in the area! The house has two master suites; one with a king, the other two queen beds. It has two guest suites; one with two queen beds and the other has a trundle bed, a single on top with a single that pulls out below. (9 guests max please) Each suite is complete with bath, terrace and ocean views. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas plus a huge modern kitchen. Due to its secluded location, the house is visited daily by monkeys, sloths and toucans!

TULEMAR GARDENS

Villa Kiskadee is located in Tulemar and that is exactly where you want to be in Manuel Antonio. It is the only gated and secure 33 acre resort development in Manuel Antonio with its own private beach. There are nature and hiking trails leading thru the jungle areas complete with plaques describing trees and vegetation. The private beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling and has free lounge chairs, umbrellas, sea kayaks, and boogie boards for all guests to use. Food and beverage service is available; just sign the check to the house! You can walk 5 minutes down the hill to the beach and either walk back up or take the resort shuttle for just $1 per person. Tulemar is located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, within walking distance to the best restaurants and fun bars. The national park is just minutes down the street. A rental car is not necessary. Tulemar has its own restaurant and bar on site for casual dining or you can order “room service” and they'll bring it right to the house! We can even arrange a private chef.
 
PERSONAL BUTLER SERVICE

One of the things our guests rave about the most, is the unexpected and unrivaled service they received during their stay at Villa Kiskadee from Mauricio, their own personal butler. Mauricio, a native of Costa Rica, graduated from ULACIT university with a business degree and then spent three years in the US working and studying English. After his time in the US, he returned to Costa Rica to work in banking and hospitality, learning the high level of service required to excel in both industries. He takes pride in knowing what guests expect staying in a luxury vacation rental, and utilizes his extensive network of local contacts to fulfill all our guests’ wishes. You can feel comfortable at Villa Kiskadee knowing that whatever you need during your stay will be taken care of by Mauricio. From transportation to the house from San Jose, to tours, activities, restaurant reservations, spa services and even surf lessons, Mauricio handles it all.

  • We rented Villa Kiskadee with some friends in August. The house sits at the end of a private driveway surrounded by lush tropical gardens, in the rain forest, in walking distance to a nice private beach. The house is specatcular with one of the most beautiful views that we have ever seen. We saw monkeys, sloths and toucans everyday. Our children were were very happy and had a great time. Mauricio handled all of our tours and activities reservations. We loved the house and we plan to go back!

  • My family rented Villa Kiskadee in April of 2009....you enter via your own private, curving driveway...very exclusive....the house sits at the end surrounded by lush tropical gardens.....when you enter, the entire back side of the house opens to the pool and the ocean views. Each bedroom suite has ocean views and balconies, so everyone was happy. Mauricio handled all of our needs, from tours, activities and restaurant reservations. Very professional and he made it easy for us. We saw monkeys, sloths and toucans everyday. We loved the house and we will be back!
