PARADISE PALMS has been professionally decorated and is well appointed; we update it with something new every 3 months. Paradise Palms is complimented with very comfortable king beds, fine linens, with each bedroom boasting large closets, private full baths, flat panel TV’s - two of the bedrooms open out onto the pool deck. The living room, dining area, as well as the well stocked kitchen have all been recently remodeled making it a great entertainment area. There is a recreation room with a wet bar, flat panel TV, and a pool table.
Paradise Palms is an ideal long-term vacation home for a family or executive looking for a comfortable stay in the Palm Desert area.
It is close to Big Horn, Stone Eagle, and Indian Wells Golf Courses. We are only a mile from the famous shopping district of El Paseo Drive with excellent restaurants and entertainment.
The front yard faces north with great views of the mountains, the private south facing backyard protected by 8 foot walls covered in professionally cared for foliage and fruit trees makes for warm winter sunning to create that perfect all over tan. There is a large salt-water pool with spa and covered area with Mediterranean accent drapery, an over sized outdoor couch and chairs that create a perfect atmosphere for entertaining or a romantic evening.

Year Purchased: 2007
Rick and Mary live and work in Calgary, Alberta, we are both professionals working with aspirations to one day being able to move full time to the Desert. We bought the home about 3 years ago. We love to golf, hike the Palm Desert hills, relax in the pool. On each visit we try to add improvements, update the facilities, and do extra work to prepare for our next guests - it is getting better with each visit.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
This is our home for much of the year as we can afford the time to be in the desert. We love Palm Desert and this location, thought of moving, but cannot find a location near as nice.
We rent our property only to help us offset costs, we love to make friends of our patrons and would appreciate developing a relationship where we can have return renters.
