Just down the road from the house, approximately 3.5 miles away on Highway 62, a vast and eclectic array of eating establishments await, including ethnic restaurants as well as a gourmet deli and a vegetarian cafe. In addition, a souvenir shop, thrift shops, and rock climbing training facility are located at the bottom of the hill of the property.
There are plans also to install two pools and a Jacuzzi.
