The home has a private pool & spa, a billiard table, basketball hoop, 2-car carport, RV parking, great desert and mountain views, and over 1400 square feet of covered patios and decks as well as several open patio areas for taking in the Arizona sun.
The main level of the home features a great room with gourmet kitchen (stainless steel appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, compactor, walk-in pantry), slate gas fireplace, flat panel TV, DVD/VCR player, sofa, two love seats, dining table, breakfast bar, a powder room, two sets of sliding doors to a huge upper deck area, and wide open views. The upper, covered deck has plenty of seating, outdoor dining tables, gas BBQ, and great views of the desert, pool & spa, Black Mountain, and Pinnacle Peak.
It’s a great place to dine or relax and watch the sunset over Black Mountain. There are two master suites. The main master suite has a huge private patio with view of the pool/spa and backyard, large steam shower with three shower heads and bench, a BainUltra air tub with chromatherapy, dual sinks, walk-in closet, laundry, TV, sofa, and great lighting.
The other master suite has a ¾ bath (sink, toilet, shower), TV and DVD/VCR player. The 3rd bedroom is on the lower level with a full bath down the hall. On this level, there is also a game room with full-sized pool table, darts, TV, dry bar, refrigerator, and seating (sofa, bar table and chairs), and outside exit to covered patio, pool, and backyard. There is an office (which can be setup by request with a comfortable blow-up bed creating 4th bedroom) with attached full bathroom with access to the patio, pool, and backyard.
The backyard has a large PebbleTec pool with underwater sitting area and benches, elevated spa, fire pit, decorative wash, large boulder landscaping, two tables and lots of seating. There is an additional covered patio on this level as well as a basketball goal and lots of extra parking.
The home is best suited for adults and children age 12 and older.
