Enjoy all season swimming in the heated solarium-enclosed indoor pool or get an incredible tan at the large outdoor pool during the warmer months. Take a stroll down the white beaches, play in the sand, take an early morning walk to look for newly washed up shells, schedule a dolphin cruise or charter boat fishing trip, try to beat the your best scores on one of the challenging nearby golf courses, enjoy first class dining, or just decompress while napping on the beach. Then, in the evenings, choose to either relax in our large hot tub (which is sure to melt the tension away caused by a world outside of your little piece of paradise) or enjoy a breathtaking sunset from the convenience of your own private balcony.
The resort boasts an exercise room, first-class lobby, and helpful front desk staff. The area features circuit-level golf courses within a short distance. And when it is time to go to bed, the condo has been equipped with a plush king bed and queen sleeper sofa.
Most importantly, we want our guests to come back every year... which is why we chose to have our condo is professionally managed. This ensures that housekeeping, customer service, and after-hours assistance will never be an issue for you to worry about. Unfortunately this unit was a disappointment. There was dust and mold around the vents. In turn did not smell nice. Also, while there one of the units above must have experienced a leak which started to come down the wall in the kitchen of this unit. Perdido Sun Maintenance came and checked it out but no one ever followed up with us.
Owner response:Thank you for reporting the water leak. That was corrected after your call. The leak was the reason for the smell you noticed. There is no leak, bad smell, mold or dust now. The condo has been updated and is beautiful. It is one of the most popular in the Perdido Sun. I hope you will visit us again on another trip to the beach.

We have stayed here many times. We love the condo and the beach so much we decided to get married on the beach on May 19, 2009. The staff at the Perdido Sun was very helpful in making our day the very best. Perdido Bay UMC Pastor Darren, Sherry's Cake Shop and 1800FLOWERS.COM completed our wedding. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view of the gulf is spectacular. We like to think of 202 as a home away from home. There is no better place to stay when visiting the Gulf!
