Matthew, I just wanted to say thanks for the great condo. We really enjoyed it. It was perfect for us. We would like to shoot for 2 more weeks next summer, tenatively we are looking at July 7th through July 21st, 2012. We have stayed at many different places over the last eight and this was the best by far for us. Thanks again. Chris

(owners note... I will never ask or bug you for a review, I know everyone is very busy. If people are so moved to write a note to me, thats great, its really about having a great vacation, good place, good times. Enjoy Telluride...) Hi Matt, I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our vacation in Telluride and our stay in your condo! The condo had everything we wanted AND MORE! The bath towels were lovely and the bed's were extremely comfy...especially after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed cooking in the top notch kitchen and sitting around the beautiful dining table. We're already joking about when to reserve it for next year! :) Thank you for the amazing accommodations and recommendations! We had a life changing trip! Best, Christine

We have had a wonderful experience renting this unit in early August 2011. The descrptions for this unit are accurate, and this is one of the first rental untils we have found to have truly great amenties. The Viking kitchen is very functional and beautiful, and we appreciated that all the accessories are first class: stemware, pots/pans, linens, etc. Dont be fooled that the Telluride Lodge buildings are somewhat dated, this unit's remodel was done very nicely. With the close approximation to the ski lifts, I look forward to returning during the ski season to stay again. After many years of traveling to other mountain properties such as Taos, Crested Butte, Sante Fe, Vail, etc. we find Telluride has become a great mountain town and look forward to many returns. As for the rental process for this property, Matthew was a pleasure to work with, very professional. I recommend this property, especially if you have children.

We stayed here in January for skiing with our children. We had a lovely experience. The condo is beautiful and very functional. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen was fun to cook meals in. The location is excellent. There is a very nice grocery store one block away and the ski lift is right across the street. You can walk to all town stores and restaurants or the free town shuttle bus stops right across the street. We would love to return to experience Telluride in the summer too. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely return.

We loved our stay!! Everything was as advertised. This is a great location; quiet, close to grocery, ski lift, ski rentals, bus loop, & very short walk to downtown. Stellar mountain views of ski runs and sunrises over town. The kitchen has everything, the bathrooms are awesome, & the beds are super comfortable. Cannot say enough positives about the condo. Matt was very professional and extremely easy to work with regarding all the details of our stay.

Loved this unit. Newly renovated, clean, comfortable, quiet and stocked with everything we needed. Like a really nice hotel. The owner, Matt, was lovely to deal with and totally upfront. For Telluride, price was very affordable. We loved being near lift 7... better than the gondola for getting on the mountain. Private, heated ski closet right across the hall from the unit, too. And, Clark's market was steps away. Highly recommend.

This unit is Fabulous! And the amenities in the kitchen were the best we've had in the 7 years visiting other properties in Telluride. Location is wonderful...across from Lift 7. Could not have been more pleased with this unit and the owner was a pleasure to work with.

We had a great time at your place in Telluride. It is very comfortable and welcoming. We had a fun time around Telluride as well. I liked being able to walk to the grocery store. Among mundane things that were convenient were the trash and recyclables. And we walked to restaurants and to the tram. We took some of the 4 by 4 roads, but with the Suburban we didn't go all the way to the passes; too long a wheel base! Yes, we drove from Carlsbad by the same route that you had suggested. Its now US 941. Thank you for sharing your home we enjoyed it very much, - Karen from NH
