High Season Nov-Apr 15 - $125/night (3 night minimum stay)*
Cleaning fee $125 one time chrg (professionally cleaned after every guest!)
*Holiday,Spring Training,special events require 5 night minimum!

Why the Owner Chose Tempe
My units are centrally located in the East Valley. I also live in the area, so I dont say this without experience. Getting to ASU, downtown Tempe, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Jct, Paradise Valley, all in 10-20 minutes makes this one of the most central Arizona locations.
