Isle of Palms house description

FANTASTIC BEACH FRONT HOME ON OCEAN BLVD-THE FINEST PART OF THIS BLUE WAVE RATED BEACH. THIS IS SURELY THE BEST DEAL ON OCEAN BLVD,THE ONLY OCEAN FRONT STREET WITHOUT HEAVY TRAFFIC AND THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE STREET. The porch on the ocean side has a totally unobstruted view which is very nice for the less mobile visitors. This classic beach house has amazing views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom up and downstairs and the master bath jacuzzi. Large beachside covered porch and lovely stepdown deck have the best views of the Isle of Palms beach and ocean. Enjoy beautiful sun rises from the private master bedroom deck. Watch the family on the beach while cooking in the kitchen or grilling on the large lower deck. There is an elevator to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms. Short steps to pristine South Carolina beach and warm Atlantic water.

House features an outdoor spa under beautiful starry skies. There are beautiful reclaimed heart of pine floors throughout. Upscale furniture and open kitchen with granite countertops. There is a private outdoor shower and sink beneath the deck where the guys can take their showers and shave leaving the inside baths to the ladies.

House has 2 bedrooms downstairs which are accessible by elevator. The downstairs master has a queen bed with ocean view. The smaller downstairs bedroom has a twin bed and a trundle bed.

The second floor has a master bedroom with private bath, a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bath has a jetted tub overlooking the ocean. There are two other bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and two twins with an ocean view and the second with one twin bed and one queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bath.

Linens and towels are furnished.

The house is at 608 Ocean Blvd which is the southwest end of the beach. There is virtually no traffic and parking is not allowed on the street as opposed to Palm Blvd which has all the heavy traffic from Wild Dunes and allows parking on the street. It is about a half mile to town which is a short walk or bike ride. Parking can sometimes be a problem so walking is an option which we sometimes use.

There is an active purple martin colony and turtles hatch on the beach during the summer. You will surely leave with lovely memories.
