This unit is a recently renovated, non-smoking, three bedroom two and a half bath unit located in a family oriented resort. Super clean, comfortable condo with full amenities. We furnish everything, including sand chairs and beach toys. The condo features three bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed in the Master Suite, a double bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom along with two full baths. There is a full size sofa sleeper in the den next to the half bath.
Downstairs has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa sleeper, and a half bath. Just off the living room is a beautiful tiled patio with a barbeque grill, umbrella, table, and chairs that will meet all of your outdoor needs. With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, there is ample space for everyone.
Horizon South is an immaculate complex located on the west-end of the beach, it is a gated community in a family oriented atmosphere. Our condo is a short walk to the beach and is just two minutes from Pier Park. If you are looking to book for the July softball tournaments, we are less than two miles from FRANK BROWN PARK.

My husband and i along with our 4 daughters AND 2 neighbors stayed here very comfortably. It was convenient to the beach,and a few steps to the 3 pools,hottub,putt putt,and office which is all located right across from this condo. Owners are very helpful and easy to talk with and the price to stay here was extremely reasonable and fit right into our budget and the security deposit was sent back within a few days after leaving. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and we will definately use this property again in the future!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Great place for family, plenty of room nice pools and play area for kids close to pier park and restaurants Owner was nice and answered all questions. Would stay here againRecommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Me and 5 of my friends stayed at this condo for 3 days during spring break 2012. The location is great, very close to the beach and to tiki bar!, an awesome place to hang out in the evening. All in all enjoyed all of the beautiful beaches of Panama City thanks to the proximity of this condo. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.

We had a great time in PCB staying at this condo. It's location to the beach, the pool, and Pier Park are ideal...just load up the stroller and go! The condo is well furnished and very comfortable...ideal for a small family vacationing with a sitter. About the owner: We purchased our condo in 2007, and we have really enjoyed it. When we decided that we were ready to buy we knew that Horizon South was the place we wanted to be, we love the fact that it is a family oriented atmosphere and that it is a gated community as well.
