This property was absolutely perfect! It was out first experience using VRBO and it went totally smooth. We stayed here last summer for an entire month! Although it has been almost 4 months since we left, I have thought of this trip daily! AMI was a delight and this apartment was situated in the middle of the tip of the island. Daily we walked either to the beach to the West or the bay to the East experiencing the treasures of the island. Wonderful restaurants and shops all over! The property had all the basics, clean and comfortable, and the perfect place to quickly recharge before another day on the beach. The laundry room was a stones throw away, very clean and very secure. The photos and description were very accurate and the owner was super helpful and a joy to work with. I will definatly be back and highly recommend!

Our family of four stayed here for a week this summer (July 2011) and it was great! The condo accommodations were fantastic! Anything and everything you need... two bedrooms, a very nice bathroom, full kitchen including a dishwasher, cable TV for when you want to relax at the condo, and a laundry facility on the property. You're right across the road from the newly-renovated city pier and you are walking distance from the gulf beaches. The owner is a super-nice person with whom it was a great pleasure to speak and through whom to conduct this rental. This week was, honestly, the best time I've ever had in the many years I've gone to the Florida beaches. We will definitely be going back!

My husband and I recently returned from our third stay at this condo, and believe me once we find a place we like we go back again and again. We always find the condo to be very clean and it is well proportioned to accommodate upto 4 people, everything we need is there from the well equipped kitchen ,linens, towels and even the beach chairs for those lazy days! My husband is in his element each time we go there as the condo is literally two minutes walk from the fishing pier, so within three he has dropped his line and usually got his first catch of the day ! If we dont feel like taking the car to the beach or restaurants the trolley bus is just outside the door and we have found a treasure in the local store just by the condo, they sell amongst other things homemade bread which we have with our first cup of coffee of the day down by the private dock steps away from the condo patio door. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place, or if you want to venture to Sarasota, Longboat Key, Tampa, this is the place !! Pat and Adele have always been very accommodating for us which is much appreciated, cant wait for the next time !

Loved Anna Maria and the condo location. Convenient to beaches and great bike riding with rental bikes easily available. Condo acceptable but getting tired and needing a thorough cleaning. It would benefit renters if owner would take personal things out of drawers (night stand, T.V. cabinet, food in kitchen cabinet etc.) for rental use.

This was a GREAT location, walking distance close to the beaches, restaurants, breakfast, coffee,dinner and ice cream in the evenings. Very relaxing with coffee or glass of wine at the canal. As a family of 3 we all had a FABULOUS TIME! Convenient, Close, Off-Street, PERFECT!
