The home located at 69 South Sea Pines Drive is comfortable and spacious. Upon entering the home there is a wing to the right which has two bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with two twin beds. These bedrooms are just off of the pool which you see upon entering the home. Also on the main level is a master bedroom with a king bed. The private bathroom has a separate shower and a whirlpool tub.
On the left side of the entry are the living, dining and kitchen areas. The all white kitchen has an open flow. There is also a deck off the dining and kitchen area with a gas grill. Large bamboo plants surround the home, allowing the ultimate in privacy.
The living room has a lovely marsh view across the street. Upstairs is a loft with a sleeper sofa which includes a computer nook with a pleasant skylight as well. This level also has two private bedrooms; one has a king bed and the other has two twins.
The large, sunny pool is fenced in, giving guests privacy. Just a few steps down to the yard will lead you to the beach. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach across South Beach Lane and down a short beach path. This very enjoyable home provides lots of room for everyone.
