This lovely three bedroom, three and one-half bath home sits amid the oaks on the tip of East Beach, overlooking Gould's Inlet.
2212 Bruce Drive, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is a reproduction of a home in Seaside. Its white wood sides, shady porches and architectural railings create an elegant, sophisticated setting for beach goers. The rooftop deck is great for sunbathing, romantic sunset views and star gazing.
The first floor is devoted entirely to parking and storage, and offers direct access to the private pool and the Jacuzzi, which accommodates six. The second floor offers two bedrooms, joined by a long sleeping porch that spans the width of the home. The porch can accommodate sleeping 3 people with a twin trundle as well as a twin sleeper chair. In addition, the master suite, which boasts beautiful ocean views, is located on the second floor.
The large and open living and dining area are located on the third floor, with a stunning panorama of breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The front windows feature romantic oak tree views and the back of the house features tree lined ocean views. The rooftop provides a spectacular observation of East Beach.
