This stunning ocean-view home is located on a high cul-de-sac street in a quiet neighborhood setting less than 8 minutes to the beach. You are very close to world-renowned beach activities, a great selection of restaurants, shopping and museums.
The home is decorated with a southwestern flair, with paintings and antiques by local artists. Upstairs, dazzling ocean and coast views enhance the cozy Living Room and raised Deck, with mountain and canyons visible from the fully-equipped, gourmet, eat-in Kitchen and the Dining area.
The lower level has 3 Bedrooms: a Master Suite with a king-size bed and private full Bath; 2 additional Bedrooms (one with a Queen-size bed, the other with 2 Twin-size beds) share a second full Bath.
Adjacent to this level is a large, secluded Patio with furniture and barbecue grill surrounded by lush landscaping.
Opposite the Patio is a detached Den equipped with an office center with desktop PC, LCD monitor, color printer and fax machine. The PC has high-speed Internet, while wireless internet (WIFI) is accessible throughout the home. This Den also features a sofa, chairs and large-screen TV. A 2-car Garage offers off-street parking and contains the washer and dryer.
Several hiking trails within walking distance lead through the Santa Monica Mountains, including the renowned Solstice Canyon Park with miles of trails. Many more hikes are within a short drive, including one to the spectacular Escondido Falls.

We stayed in an amazing guest house that was excellent in every way, while attending a family wedding last month. What a warm and inviting home with a comfortable relaxing feeling and panoramic views. The entire house is set up for being social and enjoying your family and friends, which we did. We had lots of fun hanging out together in the kitchen, the living area and THE HOT TUB. I could not have imagined a better location, a more delightful house and more professional service. None of us wanted to leave at all.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family stayer Here from the 19th until the 28th of september. It was the best time of our lives! We went to Malibu for our brothers wedding and the setting ot the house brought us back to Suriname: the plants, the mountains, the weather, It was the perfect fit. Wow- what a beautiful home! The pictures hardly do it justice. A few of my friends and I stayed here recently to celebrate our 30th birthdays. We had an absolutely fantastic time. The home itself is gorgeous; ample space, lots of great rooms, and very nice grounds. We spent our mornings having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the hills & the ocean, afternoons soaking in the outdoor hot tub, and evenings walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the stunning sunset views. There are a couple of beaches just a short drive from the house, and we enjoyed the convenience of the location. The house is incredibly well-cared for and impeccably decorated. None of us wanted to leave!
