Upper level (Master suite with 2 queen beds & full bath, a 2nd BR with king bed and full bath) has a huge living area with pull-out sofa (and modern, fully equipped kitchen with Island).
This level is all glass facing the water with a screened-in porch the entire width of the house (and 180 degree views). Sunsets over the water are spectacular! Lower level has separate entrance with 2 twin beds and a full bath.
Private 35' boat slip, Tiki Hut, outdoor furniture and dock shower. Walk 3 blocks to Sombrero Beach (the most beautiful & popular beach in the middle keys) or relax under the Tiki Hut with a good book! Fully lighted seawall makes evenings a pleasure to relax while fishing or star-gazing! Minutes from stores and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet!
