The Jacuzzi tub on the 3000 square foot patio overlooking the water is a perfect way to spend a romantic evening or just a relaxing moment with your special someone or the whole family. Elegant French doors throughout the living area sweep the outside in with ocean breezes and bright sunshine.

In elegant California style, this comfortably furnished property has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with a media room that has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom is highlighted by a king-sized bed and an enormous shower that makes any bathing experience one to remember. There is a queen-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. HDTV's are featured in the Master bedroom and media room. Enjoy a cracking fire in the living room and family room fireplaces.

Guests are less than a mile from Arroyo Burro Beach with its sloping cliffs and miles of beach to enjoy – get a tan, take a walk, have a picnic or go surfing!
