Before arriving, the photo's had me excited about the setting and the home. Seeing it all in person was so much better! Every morning I drank my coffee on the deck enjoying the brilliant sunrise. The location is perfect. Close enough to town to be there in a second but far enough out to experience the beauty of rural living. We had a party of 4 adults, two young children and our dog. The kids had a great time running around outside and going to Pioneer Park in Nevada City. My daughter and her husband enjoyed wine tasting and shopping in town and we all enjoyed burgers & pizza from the Northridge. My dog was a huge fan of the squirrels running around the property. I highly recommend this house and the Nevada City area!

My daughters, sons-in-law and two grandchildren just spent a superb weekend in this house. The house is just as nice as the pictures show and the kitchen worked wonderfully for the birthday party for my 100 year old mother. The property is very well maintained and is a comfortable place to spend vacation time in Nevada City.

I truly enjoyed my stay here for three days. The house looks like a model home and was extremely clean! The owner provided us with nearby activities, attractions and restaurants. The Northridge restaurant was great! I highly recommend this place as well. I will definitely stay here again, and have passed the word out to my friends and family as well.

We rented this house for the 6/18 weekend. We had a very nice time as it was so close to downtown Nevada City. The house was clean and comfortable. It's a great place to bring the kids and dog. There's also a flat walking trail that runs along the NID ditch nearby. I would definitely rent this place again!
