Our unit is very family friendly and sleeps up to 6! Or make it a quiet get away with lots of time to walk the white sands of Crescent Beach and enjoy your morning coffee out on your balcony with a view of the ocean.
Whether you come alone or bring the family you will enjoy our 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom private condominium, a fully furnished, air conditioned unit that sleeps 4-6 in the upscale El Presidente building located on Crescent Beach. There is a queen sized bed in the Master bedroom (with balcony entrance) and 2 double beds in the second bedroom. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms (which include a bathtub and shower)and TVs. A laundry area with washer and dryer is right in the unit and we even supply the detergent!
This spotlessly clean condo has a fully equipped kitchen so you can save money and make your own meals. Enjoy your dinner in the charming dining room. Our living room offers a southern exposure balcony. Flat Screen Television, VCR/DVD, Cable and phone with local calls included. Wireless Internet is also provided so you can keep up with work if you choose and stay in touch with friends and family. Pool towels are available for loan in the El Presidente office!
Enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful, soft, white sand beachfront everyday. Our heated pool and wading pool also enable you to enjoy a view of the crystal blue ocean while you are swimming, it is really beautiful!
Tennis rackets are available for lend at the rental office so you can enjoy some great exercise on our tennis courts!
El Presidente Condominiums is a gated community and we have many amenities to offer: Outdoor BBQ grills, pool cabana, heated pool & wading pool, beach & pool chairs, wireless internet in all units, laundry facilities or services and covered assigned parking. If you should require quality baby equipment such as cribs, highchairs, strollers and car seats when visiting us, ABC Rentals is a family owned and operated baby and beach equipment rental and retail store.
El Presidente Condominiums is conveniently located within walking distance of dining, grocery shopping & great local shops. Boat rentals are available close by too! Its just a short drive to malls, theaters and more.
Have a restful vacation and just enjoy the ocean breeze or do some sightseeing! We are located near major attractions such as Busch Gardens, Ringling Museum, Lowry Zoo, The Florida Aquarium and Mote Aquarium. Its only 1 1/2 hours to Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, Epcot and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida if you are interested in adding a visit while your here.
For you golfers we are near many public golf courses such Rolling Green, Oak Ford, Tatum Ridge, and Bobby Jones just to name a few.
The restaurants in the area are close by and fabulous! From simple family style dining to gourmet... its all in Siesta Key.

This is our second year staying here and we love it...The condo has everything you need and all the convience of shopping, dining out or dining in, beautiful white sand beach and clear water. My children look forward every year to return for another stay (and so do we). The owners are great people and accomadate your needs. We look forward to coming back for a third year, and we will stay longer...
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing getaway close to the beach and that's what we found! We just ended a week's stay and couldn't have had a better time. The condo has everything you might need for a comfortable week's stay. Access to lots of great restaurants and places to visit in the area too.The grounds were beautiful with a great pool to relax at and amazing access to the beach. Everyone was friendly, great area, great people. My husband and I will be back for sure!
