This house was perfect. Plenty of room for our whole family and groomsmen for the wedding. Pool area gave us a great place for other get togethers related to the wedding, too. Location close to the beach and beach bar and restaurant. Quick drive to south beach and harbortown. Owner was great with answering questions. Rental agency was great getting the maids in early to help us get in early. Loved HH and this property

This summer our family stayed at this home and it was perfect. We had 4 families with our party. The ages ranged from 7-81. The home was perfect for our family. The setting was beautiful. Between the convenience of pool and beach access it met all our needs at all times. We are going back next year and can't wait.

This house is perfect for large groups. A great location in the Sea Pines resort. We visited July 4th week for a family reunion, and we were all very impressed by the house. Tons of room, great pool, lots of parking,and so well designed that with multiple families we did not feel crowded at all. Loved it,loved it and will most definitely keep this property on our most desirable list. Thank you to the owner for being available for questions and suggestions. We highly recommend this property! It is a fabulous home within walking distance to the Beach Club! It was well suited for our large group. The dining area accommodated the entire group for dinner. The pool area offered shade and sun and was very private. We loved the gazebo area so much that we had a photographer do a photo session there!

We really enjoyed this vacation rental. It's perfect for multiple families. We loved the idea of the cottage but upon arriving, there was so much room in the main house, it served as a special luxury. The pool is a perfect relaxing environment and great for kids. The golf course setting and view is beautiful and we used the grill to have cookouts in the spacious area around the gazebo. We also took advantage of the convenient bike paths - out the front door- and used our bikes to ride to the beach nearby. So convenient, so spacious, so nice and so fun. We, and my in-laws in town from Scotland, really loved Sea Pines in great part to this home.

I just returned from a trip to this lovely home. We had 8 adults & 5 kids and had tons of room. The house is absolutely fabulous & the pool was fantastic. Very centrally located in Sea Pines. I highly recommend this house for a great vacation! :)
