Our spotless 1080 sq. ft. main floor condo has been upgraded with ceramic tile flooring, new carpeting and fresh paint throughout. The two generous bedrooms w/queen beds are situated on opposite ends of the condo, ensuring privacy. The master bedroom features its own en suite bath, walk-in closet, computer desk and access to the patio. Enjoy the open concept dining/living room with a 37" flat screen T.V., DVD player and secured, high-speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully-equipped and open to the DR/LR. The guest bedroom has a 32" flat screen T.V. and has easy access to a separate full bathroom. After a busy day enjoying the Arizona sunshine, relax on our comfortable bistro set on the patio. This was a great condo. Everything you would need was there. The complex is well maintained and has a great heated pool. We enjoyed having a gas BBQ right outside our door. We ate most meals out on the nice Bistro Set on the patio. Both bedrooms had walkin closets, and there was a seperate laundry room. We did alot of scenic drives and the one we would recommend is Apache Trail, Tonto National Park. Grocery stores that are within walking distance, and a great Outlet mall only 30 minutes away. We would recommend this condo to anyone. Great people to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The complex was well maintained and we were glad of the heated pool when the temperature was cool. The location was great for shopping and it was nice to have Fry's so close for groceries (thanks for the recommendation for Manny's - great food, greater margaritas). I would definitely recommend your condo as a great place to stay. Thank you again for making our first visit to Phoenix so enjoyable.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and updated. The pictures and physical descriptions were accurate. The owners were extremely friendly, prompt and easy to work with. They provided us with detailed information and instructions for not only the operation of the condo but also where to shop, sites to see and restaurants. Upon arriving, we found many items already there that we could use until we were able to get unpacked and get to the grocery store. There is a pool and also a workout room on-site at Desert Breeze for use by tennants, and the grounds are well-kept and clean. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Phoenix.
