Situated just three homes back from the ocean, you’ll enjoy beautiful ocean views while relaxing on one of the many screened porches. Though this home is close to the ocean, and offers views from two porches and the master bedroom, the beach at the end of 16th Street is not readily accessible. Useable beach access is just around the corner (0.20 miles) on 15th Street.

This spacious home offers a large gourmet eat-in kitchen, an airy and well-appointed living room opening to a screened porch, and a comfortable den on the second level.

The third level features two guest bedrooms and a luxurious master suite with a generously sized bath, a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The lower level of the home offers a guest suite and a private office.

A golf cart may be available for rent along with this house. If requested, an additional weekly charge of $300 will apply. Great way to carry coolers, chairs, etc. to the beach!

The fenced yard is professionally landscaped and well-maintained, and offers a large pool. This is the perfect home for your vacation getaway!

Pets may be accepted for a non-refundable fee of $150.
