    Karen: We had a great time! Florida gave us perfect weather: blue skies and low humidity. And like all your other previous guests, we think your condo's view is spectacular! The condo was a good size for us and well supplied. Thanks for renting to us. It's a place we will keep in mind for future trips. (My husband's brother owns a dive shop on Tamiami in Ft. Myers and lives with his family in Bonita Springs. Another brother lives in Pt. Charlotte.) Nancy

    Karen, We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Your condo was great! Furniture very comfortable! Kitchen well stocked! Was a very relaxing vacation. Didn't see the noodles when we arrived so when we made our first grocery trip, we purchased a couple. Left them as our addition to your home. We would not hesitate to recommend your unit and should we find ourselves in Ft. Myers again we will sure to contact you. Marita

    12th Floor Beauty Guest: grammyjo (Michigan) Date of Stay: July 25, 2010 Review Submitted: August 3, 2010 This is our family's second stay at Estero Beach & Tennis Club and specifically this condo. It has a beautiful view and wonderful balcony to have morning coffee and evening sunsets. The pool and beach are both equally stunning. My daughter and her friend loved the wildlife, especially the osprey and pelicans that glide by. Restaurants and shopping are close, and if you are adventurous, the trolley will take you down to the Times Square area and many more places to visit. The condo is just as beautiful as your pictures, and my daughter was amazed that every time she wondered if there was, say beach towels, noodles, chairs...you had it. So everything is there, you just have to come and enjoy. We are already making plans for next year!! Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure seekers, Girls getaway, Sightseeing, Families with young children, Romantic getaway

    This is our family's second stay at Estero Beach & Tennis Club and specifically this condo. It has a beautiful view and wonderful balcony to have morning coffee and evening sunsets.     Just what we needed, June 12, 2010 By Tracy and Rebecca (Lafayette, IN) Don and Karen, We both want to thank you for the wonderful experience and vacation. The condo was just lovely and the views, they speak for themselves. We met others that were staying in the area and had a great time. The residents are so friendly and it was so nice to have shopping and dining in such close proximity. We found a few places to eat we hadn't tried yet. The beach was wonderful, warm waters, lovely breezes and we were very lucky and had great weather our entire stay. We both enjoyed watching the sunrise, the dolphins swimming each morning and the gorgeous sunsets each night. Just breath taking. The condo was so nice and the beach chairs and other goodies were great. We also added to the collection so others could enjoy them too. We hope to return to SWFL later in the year and if we do get the opportunity, we are looking forward to staying at your place again. We both have given your information to our friends and expressed that they will love their stay as much as we loved ours. Thank you so much for your kindness and generousity. We are looking forward to our next relaxing time there.

    Perfect view of the Gulf! Guest: Jodi Drinkard(Woodstock, GA) Date of Stay: May 18, 2010 Review Submitted: June 8, 2010 I was a little worried that this property wouldn't have a "picture perfect" view of the Gulf of Mexico. I was so HAPPY when I walked in the door. It's a stunning view of Fort Myers Beach, the Gulf and the sun setting over distant islands. The lanai also delivered a view of the back bay. Truly perfect. The 12th floor was fun! The only floor higher is the penthouse -- but the penthouse condos are exactly the same as all the others. Don't pay for a penthouse when you can have the 12th floor at a less expensive rate. This condo truly is TOPS! The owners have upgraded the bed, the couch, the furniture on the lanai, and even the stove/oven was brand new -- it was coming in the door at the same time I was! Can't get any better than that! Oh...and the bathroom is also upgraded. Very nice. My friend and I left beach chairs, an umbrella and umbrella anchor for future guests. You'll appreciate it. It was our own little "upgrade" to the condo for you to enjoy. Okay -- the guest books raved on and on about the "amazingly wonderful clock." It's pretty cool, I have to agree, but it doesn't come CLOSE to the view and convenience of this condo. Santini Plaza is right across the street (dining, shopping, a bank and even a marina where you can rent a pontoon boat -- right out your back door) and the beach is not crowded...beautiful...quiet...dreamlike. I'm a big "lanai girl." From there I could see dolphins, sunsets, spoonbills (and countless other birds), palm trees, distant parasailers and I could even hear the water carress the white sands of the beach. On the 12th floor! I thought that was pretty cool. This is the right place at the right price. Just book it...you'll love it! Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls getaway, Tourists without a car, Romantic getaway

We will know more on a few things when we come back. We got a little confused with the trolley system. Loved the area also, it wasn't so commercialized. We had a really great meal at Charlies Boat House. We attended the Catholic Church near by and it was really nice. Back to our condo, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Can't wait to go back.!! Recommended for: age 55+
