Sterling Sands resort is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin within walking distance of water parks, putt-putt, shopping, amusement parks and some of Destin's best restaurants. Sterling Sands is an eight story condominium complex that features a heated (seasonal) gulf front pool with hot tub. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service available.
The 1.5 bedroom unit is 861 sq. ft. with a private balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the gorgeous views of the gleaming white sand and sparkling emerald waters. The master bedroom contains a queen bed and the second bedroom contains a trundle bed (single bed that converts to a double) that sleeps 2 and a sleeper sofa located in the living room. The unit has up to date furnishings with a designer touch and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs. There are two full baths with the master bath containing a Jacuzzi tub and shower. This unit is located on the third floor so guests have the option to use the elevators or the stairs when going to the beach or pool.
