Enjoy spectacular views of the Blue Pacific from this 35th floor unit Waikiki Banyan Tower II condo. Our unit has ocean views (from living room, bedroom and balcony) of both the Golf Coast and Canoe and Queen’s surf breaks over St. Augustine Chapel. We also have a partial view of Diamond Head and a view of Kapiolani park adjacent to the Honolulu Zoo. This high floor Waikiki Banyan unit faces west and has direct, frontal panoramic ocean views. It does not get the morning sun waking you up. Each exquisite view is a work of glorious art!

Our Waikiki Banyan 35th floor condo is large, comfortable, and private. We provide free WI-FI internet access, a DVD, VHS, CD player. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and is separated from living room by sliding doors. The living room has a queen sized pull out sofa bed. Portable fouton bed stored in closet. New high grade carpeting installed February 2, 2012. Condo was decorated by an interior decorator in a cheerful Hawaiiana motif.
Breakfast on USABLE LANAI (balcony). Full kitchen including pots, pans, cutlery. All linens/towels, beach towels, two beach chairs provided. Coin laundry on every floor. Phone with free local calls. Alarm clock/radio. Cable TV. ONE FREE SECURED COVERED PARKING SPACE in the Waikiki Banyan parking structure. No pets or smoking please.
Our Waikiki Banyan condo is owner occupied part of the year, and we welcome vacationers who will take good care of it. We painted the walls with decorator colors and had an interior designer redo floors, cabinets, and wall décor in a “Hawaiiana” island motif.
The Waikiki Banyan is a fun resort ONE BLOCK from the warm sands and blue water of the world's most famous beach. Soak up the sun, stroll on ocean board walk, swim in warm ocean, snorkel across from the Zoo in fish preserve (some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii), surf, or just relax on the Waikiki Banyan's comfortable lounge chairs on recreation deck near pool or in shade. Two blocks from shallow swimming area in ocean protected by sea wall.
The huge recreation deck on the sixth floor of the Waikiki Banyan offers a large pool, jet spa, sauna, gas barbecues, children's playground and take out/snack bar. At the Waikiki Banyan you can meet vacationers from around the world.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that we really enjoyed our 10 days in your condo on the 35th floor at the Waikiki Banyan. It was clean, very well equipped and in an excellent location. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the spacious lanai having our breakfast or dinner. The views are beautiful! The condo had absolutely everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. It's a short walk to the beach, shopping, bus and the zoo. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent your condo again!

I have an MBA from UCLA in international finance and for three years was employed by Credit Suisse, Los Angeles. Subsequently, I was employed by Twentieth Century Fox Film Studios as Assistant to the Controller. I've been in all facets of the real estate business thirty years. I hold a Hawaii Broker -Salesperson license with Faith Naluai LLC (808)395-0127). I've been married 25 years, and have two college age sons. My wife is from Calgary, Canada, and is a registered nurse in cardiac rehab. She also has a Master's in Health Education from Loma Linda University. I particularly enjoy snorkeling and swimming, which I do daily. I don't like driving when on vacation, so the Waikiki Banyan, being one block from the beach, and two blocks from great snorkeling with restaurants and shopping everywhere is ideal.
Why the Owner Chose Waikiki Banyan
I bought this unit for the view. In 1962, as a ten year old, I stayed at the Princess Kaluani Hotel on the 12th floor (I believe) and was astounded at the incredible ocean view from the hotel room. Nearly half a century later, we bought this unit because of its incredible 35th floor ocean views of both the Gold Coast and the surf breaks over St. Augustine's Chapel. My wife is from Calgary, Canada. We've lived in Colorado and central California on the coast. We like the fact that the unit faces west, so there is no morning sun waking us up.
We bought this unit at the Waikiki Banyan because it is only one block to the beach and two blocks to a huge park in southern Waikiki. We enjoy snorkeling and there is a large fish preserve across the street from the park with a beautiful reef and all types of tropical fish. The Banyan is a resort property with incredible amenities.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I just returned from staying in our condo last week. Every morning I took a 35 minute walk to the Lighthouse at the point on Diamond Head. The walk is along the ocean boardwalk, the Gold Coast, a quaint residential neighborhood, and up Diamond Head, bordering a scenic road. The view is spectacular. You can see great beaches with surfers below you. There are pathways down to the beautiful beaches. Every afternoon I went snorkeling either in the fish preserve by the zoo and the park or on the reef to the north of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. It is an incredible, relaxing experience. The great advantage of the Waikiki Banyan is that it is two blocks from a huge undeveloped lush green park area.

Michael, I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo it is a home away from home not just a condo. I set on the balcony and enjoyed the rainbows many times, one day 3 times. It is in a perfect location away from all the noise but just close enough to still be right there within walking distance of everything. The mattress on the sofa bed was wonderful. The views were perfect. Thank you so much for letting us share your home I would recommend it to everyone. I also want to thank you for your help lining up the other condo (I needed 2). Beatiful views, convenient parking, great location only a couple of minutes walk from the beach / main strip. The condo is equipped with pretty much everything you would want to have for a beach holiday. Michael (the owner) is easy and efficient to deal with; we would definitely come back!

We have just returned from staying at this great oceanview unit. The unit was very clean. We also appreciated the extra convenciences like boogie board and beach chairs. The oceanview was amazing. Free parking is a great benefit.

I visited with my 11 year old daughter, the unit was very clean and the description was quite accurate. We will be happy to return to this unit. It is a great location, very close to waikiki beach, bus and excursions stops, and numerous restaurants. Great value for the price as we had been to other locations in waikiki that were not as pleasant. Full services downstairs with a concierge, enjoyable partial view of the ocean, it is just so cool to watch the surfers in the water from your bed at 6 am. The owner was uber-helpful throughout the process, he was always available to answer my numerous questions both by phone and email before and during our stay, very sympathic person. He gave us great advice and suggestions, it was such a pleasure to deal with. Five star location, five star service. Thank you again for everything.

Our family (2 adults, one small child) spent 2 weeks in Waikiki in april 2011. We had a great time at the Banyan, in part due to the great location of the condo, steps from the beach and the amenities in the Banyan Tower (pool, outdoor BBQ, children's playground). Furthermore, the view from the lanai is indeed superb. Perfect for evening relaxation. Michael, the owner, was very courteous and helpful before AND during our stay.

Sitting on the lanai, casting a contemplative gaze at the ants (way below on street) scurrying among the ABC stores in consideration of cheap jewelry, I was momentarily distracted by two warm soft compassionate eyes gazing back at me, from the chair next, with a hint of distance. The eyes showed total relief from the winter of their discontent. The eyes are my vacation. And the eyes were comfortable, safe, and ready for adventure. The eyes were HAPPY with my selection of accommodation. The eyes enjoyed: -The View -The Location: close enough but sufficient away; High away from the traffic and the spring break .......
