This lovely cabin is just as it is described. New, clean, well furnished, quiet. Complete with games, books, lots of kitchen gear. It's an easy drive to the West entrance of Glacier. Good value for the price! Thanks

My husband and I stayed here from 7/21 - 7/24/2011 and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and cozy atmosphere. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was great to be able to use the grill outside too. We loved coming back at the end of the day and being able to relax without all the other tourists around. We would highly recommend staying here and we are hoping to make a return trip.

Our family of three spent a week in this perfectly quaint cabin in the woods. The host provided valuable information prior to our arrival and was great to work with when we had questions while we were there, were great folk, and not intrusive at all. We echo the other comments about the photo's not giving a clear enough picture of the roominess of the cabin; however, it IS in the woods and we were lucky enough to see the first bear we'd ever seen outside a national park about 3 miles from the cabin on one of the many close off road excursions that we took our Jeep on in the evenings after we had explored Glacier NP during the day. It included everything needed to cook meals and was extremely clean in all aspects.

We LOVED our stay in late June/early July. The place is so cozy and comfortable, and was convenient for getting into Glacier and exploring Whitefish. I would highly recommend staying here...hope to get back there again someday!

My wife and I stayed here from 7/3 - 7/10/2010. I echo the other comment above - we were sad to leave the cabin. It is perfect for couples. All the necessities, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Very cozy and quiet. The cabin is situated on the grounds of the owner's house, but it faces away, has its own parking space and fenced in yard area; it feels very private and the owners are not at all instrusive. Nice people. It is larger than it looks in the photos (and although there is no photo of the bathroom, the bathroom is nice, clean, well lighted and spacious.) Hardwood floors and ceramic tile. It is just 10 minutes to the Wast Glacier entrance of Glacier National Park and to towns with grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc. It is by far a much nicer choice than the little tourist trap inns and motels along the highway. Much quieter too off the main highway.

We went here for our honeymoon and had a terrific time. Very close to the park, quiet road, the owners are very helpful, and still close to town. We stayed a week and were sad to leave the cabin. I would recommend to anyone.

This place would be the perfect place to stay for a week or much longer. (We were there for too short of a visit.) While it doesn't really sit in the woods, it in a quiet area and the cabin is absolutely great. It is much more spacious than the pics, and much nicer. We stayed at other cabins on our trip and they were all adequate (hear "minimal") in every aspect. For instance, the shower is at least 4 feet long, which meant it was the first shower we had where our elbows didn't touch the walls while showering! The kitchen is stocked and big enough for full-time use. There are games, puzzles, and a gaming/video player. Delightful and a deal!! Thanks to the thoughtful owner, Amy.

Lovely cabin. Pictures simply do not do it justice. Wonderful ambiance inside and beautiful outdoor porch for reading, drinking wine or simply enjoying the beauty of the area. Owner had great suggestions for hikes and other activities. Highly recommended!

This cabin is an excellent jumping off point to see Glacier National Park and other parts of Montana. It is cozy, bright and a great space. (The pictures on the website do not give it justice). We were gone all day and then able to come "home", and enjoy a glass of wine on the porch, with the view of a wonderful little back yard. Amy was warm and helpful, but not intrusive at all. We had a wonderful time and will be back!
