Our beautiful home at 3204 Marshall Blvd. on Sullivan's Island has unsurpassed views of the Ocean, Inlet and Intracoastal Waterway. The easy flow inside and out makes it the perfect venue for an unforgettable family reunion. Every room in the house has a water view.
French doors from the living room, dining room and eat in kitchen open out to the large screened-in, wrap around porch and lower sundeck.
The king master bedroom suite, with dressing room and full bath is downstairs. There are two additional king bedrooms, one queen and a bedroom with twin beds upstairs. There are two full baths upstairs. Each of the three king bedrooms has its own access to the porch or sundeck, with glorious views of sun and moon rises, as well as porpoises, ospreys and pelicans.
Because this home fronts on the Breach Inlet it is far more private than the homes that front directly on the Atlantic beaches. The semi-private swimming beach is only 100 yards away and the in-ground custom pool is both private and protected.

Wonderful house for large families, great location with 2 beaches and a pool. House has beautiful historic details and some ghost stories to titillate the children. Spent a week at this property in Aug/Sept 2009. It's a great location and the house is great. Loved sitting on the porch waiting the sunrises. Everyone had a great time cooling off in the pool. The kitchen and dining area are the perfect size for 6 adults and 2 children. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful, relaxing place to spend a week or more.
