From the time you arrive, you will realize you have made an excellent decision for your vacation rental. This condominium offers wonderful amenities and an outstanding location with an exceptional rate. Relax in the living room while watching the Atlantic Ocean views, or you can enjoy the same great views from the large balcony where you can relax while rocking in our new wicker rockers. Located on the first floor, that removes the hassle of climbing stairs or waiting on elevators.
Enjoy the pool which is located only steps outside the door, and enclosed with a beautiful new glass atrium, which allows sunlight, and makes you feel as if it were outside.(be sure to look at the photos to see how close the pool is located) Ample parking that excludes any parking garage hassles is quite an advantage.
This unit has new stone tile flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. It has been freshly painted throughout the unit and we have 3 new wicker rockers on the balcony to enjoy. A fully-equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer, one full bath, one-half bath, a full-size bed located in the bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living room, and a full-size sleeper sofa located in the dining room are included (the sleeper sofas are equipped with a premium mattress). Ceiling fans are located throughout the unit. Wifi is now included for this rental as well as 2 cable tvs.
If you enjoy walking on the beach, you will love this unit! Springmaid Pier is just steps down the beach and past it you will enjoy a beautiful walk seeing the beach the way it was years ago, as you walk toward the Myrtle Beach State Park Pier, which we definitely recommend. How wonderful to walk up the beach and see only nature on the beachfront. This is truly a rare and beautiful sight in Myrtle Beach that you will want to see, don't forget the camera!
The location of this unit is spectacular. Just steps away from Springmaid Pier, Midway Par 3 Golf, Damons oceanfront dining, South Beach Putt-Putt, Jurassic Golf (putt-putt),Downwind Sails (which rents sailboats, jet skis, banana boat rides, and parasailing), Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum, and many more nearby conveniences.
All of the above mentioned places are within walking distance. The absolutely beautiful Market Common located in the former Air Force Base is a must see while on your vacation and only apx. 1 1/2 miles from this unit. We are only apx. 1 1/2 miles south of the Family Kingdom Amusement Park and only a few miles from the new largest mall in South Carolina, the Coastal Grande. Be sure to check out The Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, scheduled to be ready in May 2011. The 18 story high SkyWheel includes 42 glass gondolas, which will seat up to eight guests at a time. The gondolas are climate controlled and the ride will last around about twelve minutes. The passengers of the SkyWheel will enjoy a 360 degree view of Historic Downtown Myrtle Beach and breathtaking light shows every night after the sun sets. The Skywheel is located at the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, only 3 miles from this unit. The Jimmy Buffett’s Land Shark Bar & Grill is another new addition for 2011 to the Boardwalk and it will feature live music and shag dancing with a beach view. Trust me, you will love this location!!!
To reserve a week please email or call us. A $100 rental/security deposit is required to hold all reservations, within ten days of our conversation. The balance is due three weeks prior to your arrival by certified check. We welcome families and single adults 24 years of age or older. NO pets or motorcycles allowed. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. My family stayed this past June and loved it. This condo was very well taken care of. It was clean, freshly painted, and very cozy. I have four children and they loved the fact that they could step out the door to swim in the pool. The walk across the street to the beach was not bad. It was very close with an adorable porch looking across to the ocean. This had plenty of room for us and had everything we needed to have a wonderul time. Love the convenience of walking across the street to the beach and we love Springmaid Pier and the closeness of it to your place! We walked to the pier and back every morning. Angie, Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us, and for all the trouble with the keys. Hopefully I have got the UPS man on the right track now. We enjoyed our visit to Myrtle Beach. It's always nice to get away for a few days. The condo was very comfortable and convienent. The weather was beaufitul and we took advantage of the nice little deck out front every evening.
