This 800 square foot boathouse is built over the beautiful waters of Blue Lagoon and guests can dive from the dock into the soothing waters or launch a kayak from the dock and snorkel in the Lagoon or kayak through the nearby mangroves. The Boathouse has an Island feel with breezes from the water circulating throughout.
Island handmade louvered windows are a feature of the boathouse with an open kitchen/dining area and family room.
There is a large kingsize AC bedroom and a large bathroom with a nautical feel.
In the bodega under the boathouse, guests will find a washing machine and barbeque grill. Plenty of space to grill the fish you have caught or bought on the Island. Spend your days just lazing and wind down with a sundowner on the porch. Each evening the viewing is spectacular as the sun sets over the hill and the stars open up in the clear skies.
