This 800 square foot boathouse is built over the beautiful waters of the caribbean in Caribe Pointe.Guests can dive from the dock into the soothing waters or launch a kayak from the dock and snorkel,or kayak through the nearby mangroves. The covered dock provides a breezy shaded area to lounge on the lounge chairs or read in the hamock. The Boathouse has an Island feel with breezes circulating throughout.Island handmade louvered windows are a feature of the boathouse with an open kitchen/dining area and family room.There is a large kingsize AC bedroom and a large bathroom with a nautical feel.In the bodega under the boathouse, guests will find a washing machine and barbeque grill. Plenty of space to grill the fish you have caught or bought on the Island. Spend your days just lazing and wind down with a sundowner on the porch. Each evening the viewing is spectacular as the sun sets over the hill and the stars open up in the clear skies.
Guests have access to the private pool and porches at The Main House. Seagrove Retreat is never rented to more than one group or family at a time. This ensures maximum privacy.

Paul and Julie Michau live in Beaufort South Carolina. They travelled the world working for The Coca-Cola Company. They discovered Roatan in 2006 and built their dream house in this paradise. They are happy to share this gem with others seeking to Live!! Love!! and Relax!!

Mary and I thoroughly researched properties on the island and after visiting I know we chose the perfect spot to find peace, beauty and a bit of paradise. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The workmanship and mechanical features were excellent. It was wonderful being on the water without maintaining a boat! Very comfortable sleeping and the professional staff on the property is a huge plus!! Very safe. Thanks for the use of the kayak's and fishing equipment. Wow, there was plenty of outdoor activities for us! Just for your information, the pictures do not do justice to the actual accommodations or surroundings. We have already recommended the property to our family and friends!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
