Our property is located just two blocks from the finest restaurants, bars, and shops Port Aransas has to offer! If fishing is your thing, Deep Sea Headquarters is only a block away.
Tree covered front and rear balconies have great outdoor furniture for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze. Landscaped yard and patios surround the home for an early morning breakfast,or quiet afternoon relaxation. A hot and cold outdoor shower works great for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. You never know what kind of sounds you may here, the ocean, ships, or even the faint sounds of live music in the evenings.
Sit on the porch and have a front row seat to the 4th of July fireworks display. A short walk will have you standing on the beach listening to the surf roll in.
This bright and cheery home is loaded with amenities such as cable TV, central air conditioning, and wireless internet access. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and oven, with a full-size washer and dryer in the utility room.
The four bedrooms contain two king-size beds in the bedrooms, two bunk beds with two twins and two doubles in the children's room, a twin trundle bed in the middle upstairs bedroom, and a queen-size inflatable mattress. The house sleeps 15 people comfortably.
Port Aransas offers great fishing, boating, parks, birding, live music, and fabulous restaurants. If you are looking for more big city entertainment or shopping, Corpus Christi is 25 minutes up the road.

My family really enjoyed or visit over the Christmas holidays - especially the pretty Christmas decorations. The property was cozy and comfortable and the perfect place to host our family's Christmas dinner.

This was a great place to stay especially if you have older kids (10 and older) because of the bunk room. We enjoyed our stay very much, I just wish the description would of let us know that the bunk room was detached from the rest of the house. You had to go out a small sun room (which at night you would want to lock) and down some stairs to get to the bunk room, this is why I say it is great for older kids and teenagers. It is still very safe, because you can lock the bunk room at night so no one can get in. Don't get me wrong we LOVED the house!! And the owners are awesome to work with, they even let us bring our wonderful dog. YEA!! We would love to use this place again, especially when our kids get older!

The house was perfect in many ways. All the gentleman on the retreat loved the time spent there & appreciated your attention to detail as well as the tour of home. They found the home to be spacious, clean & noted that the fire pit was a great outdoor place for gathering.

My group of 12 men meet in Port Aransas every year for fishing, golf and the beach and we just finished our third year renting here. We have found it to be perfect for our needs. There are three separate but attached units available and this last time we rented all three units. The kitchen, dining and living areas in the main house is plenty big for gathering for meals and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. The furnishings are top notch and the television is a flat screen with cable. The game room in the lower unit has a pool table and ping pong table. There is an outdoor fire pit and BBQ grill as well. It is located in a quiet neighborhood not a far drive to the grocery store and in walking distance to the charter fishing docks. I could imagine these units being rented for a family reunion as well. The lower unit has a bunk bed room that could sleep at least four kids and a pullout sofa could sleep two more. All in all, you will find this property to be clean, comfortable and accommodating and the owners care that you have a good stay.

Thank you so much! Our family had a wonderful time. This is by far the best home we've stayed in at Port Aransas. So comfy & cozy, decorated beautifully! Everyone loved the game room, it was a big hit. Us parents stayed upstairs & the kids downstairs, it was like having 2 seperate places all in one. I will definitely recommend your place to everyone. We had at great time at this house (we had both properties) and our group consisted of 6 couples and several children, there was plenty of room for all. The kids can't wait to go back. We also had a wedding (Bride and Groom included) to get ready for during our stay and while everyone was getting dressed I did not hear any complaints about not having enough bathrooms (5 all together). The kids really enjoyed the game room and back yard and it kept them busy so we could all enjoy our time. I usually don't write reviews, but a friend was asking me about the property and as I was getting the information for her, I couldn't resist thinking about the wonderful time we had. The photos are like walking in each room and Melanie was so friendly and easy to work with, we will certainly stay again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.
