“Seven Pines”
Gorgeous newly remodeled “Old Tahoe Style” lake view home nestled in the boulders within a half a block to “Bucks” beach located in quiet Brockway. This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. The designer living room is warm and cozy with a massive native stone fireplace, overstuffed sofas, large flat screen TV, stone flooring and clear Sugar Pine paneling throughout. The kitchen is also amazing with all flamed granite counter tops and brand new appliances such as a Thermador 4 burner plus flat top grill stove, Thermador double oven, 2 Thermador full sized dishwashers, a Jenn-air double door refrigerator, microwave, espresso maker, margarita/smoothie machine and all of the necessary utensils one could ask for. The dining room has a wet bar with sink, wine refrigerator and large beautiful table that seats 10 people. The home has filtered lake views.
The main floor of the house has the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has beautiful wood floors, a big stone fireplace from the 1940’s, a brand new bathroom with Travertine throughout, Jacuzzi tub with separate double head tile shower and double sinks. The second bedroom is a walk through bedroom and bath which has carpeted flooring, 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV with DVD player and one bathroom with a tiled shower stall. Bedroom number three also has carpeted flooring, a private bathroom with a tiled shower stall and a queen sized bed.
There are two bedrooms on the lower level of the home that are accessed separately from the outside. Each bedroom has its own access and private bathroom with tiled shower stalls. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a queen sized bed.
Outside on the property you will find a nicely landscaped yard with a deck on the front of the house for relaxing in the sun. In the back of the house there is a nice stone courtyard with a fire pit (nestled between the boulders). This home is heated with natural gas and also has the latest full size Maytag Neptune clothes washer and dryer. The North Shore location is within walking distance to all of the North Shore casinos.
This is an incredible “Tahoe Style” home that will make your vacation experience one that family and friends will cherish for a lifetime.
