Why the Owner Chose Oxnard
We chose to buy in Silver Strand for the beautiful, wind protected beach with excellent surfing. It's so easy to go to the beach for the day and just go back and forth for drinks, lunch or bathroom breaks or to sneak off for a nap.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy walking to the get a tri tip sandwich, famous burrito or just a jug of milk. Sometimes we get in the car to take a quick trip to downtown Ventura to walk the new main street with it's cute shops, restaurants and coffee bars. The baby gate and few breakable decor items add to the relaxing atmosphere.
