First I would like to Thank you for allowing us into your beautiful home. We traveled with 13 ladies..ages from 65 down to 35, and not once did we feel crowded. The pictures on this site does not do justice for the home...they are beautiful pictures but the home is so well maintained and clean. I must say my own family travels to Myrtle Beach every year and this home was one of the nicest I personally have ever stayed in. The kitchen was so well stocked...everything you could possibly need...and not cheap stuff..some pots n pans were pampered chef and I'm a pampered chef consultant and know how expensive these items are. I could not have been more pleased with our choice and again THANK YOU BOTH for allowing us to stay in your home..If we return to Ocean City next year for our weekend getaway we will defiantly be calling on you again.. Jodi and the other 12 gals!

This house is beautiful and fully equipped. The pictures do not do it justice. The neighborhood is pristine and it is in a great location. The only downside is that renters can not use the clubhouse and indoor pool. Other than that, this house is top notch.

Great getaway for November

This was our third stay at this beautiful home. All have been for a weekend in the early part of November. A few of us went for a nice bike ride up the coast (and back), a few played tennis, and the kids went to the boardwalk to ride bikes. The kitchen is awesome and has everything you need to cook a great meal. The kids went and found us some mussels that we steamed up and ate. The adults hung downstairs and the kids loved the upstairs and ping pong and TV. Overall, a blast. We plan to make this an annual event and look forward to our fourth trip in November 2012! Great location, well decorated, just a nice relaxing home to chill for the weekend.

This property most certainly was as well-maintained as the photos reflect. It is clear the owners take pride in their property. I am confident that the owners will continue to upkeep this property. The home was clean, including bedding, walls, and flooring. This is a quality that will make us return renters. The owners were timely in returning phone calls and very helpful. It is perfect for all generations! We wish the owners "gentle renters" in the future.

The home and property were very well maintained and very spacious. The view out to the bay was relaxing and the deck and deck table and chairs were used by the whole family quite often. Getting to the pool and across to the ocean was very convenient to walk or some were shuttled that did not want to walk due to the heat. The house was well equipped with everything you need to function as a large family group. All in all it was a very enjoyable place.

This home is extremely beautiful the pictures does it no justice. There was a space for all the adults and separate quarters for the kids who so enjoyed their own area. This home is decorated beautifully not too overdone where you can't relax but not too casual where you don't feel special. The kitchen is to die for! the owner spared no expense in thinking to supply all your needs for family fun and adult pleasure. Fireplace for romantic eves, big screen for sports shows, great sound system for dancing, beautiful glassware for those pina coladas, game/family room equipped w' ping pong and stocked with family games... I can't stop mentioning how wonderful my stay was...we had plenty to do each day while in ocean city, home is near everything... but it was an extreme highlight each time i re-entered; i gasped because of the beauty of this well kept home... Must stay for all seekers!!

This home is simple beautiful!! From the decor to the floor:) My husband and I & four other couples spent my birthday weekend at this lovely home and we had a ball. It was so comfortable. We will be back! The only thing I would recommend is a jacuzzi. Thats just my preference. In the winter time sitting in a hot jacuzzi with a few friends is really fun. An Absolutely Awesome Home

WOW! That is the first thing each of us said when we first walked in the door! WOW! This house is so gorgeous and spacious--the pictures do not do it justice! Four families rented the house for a few days, to celebrate New Year's Eve together. Each of the adults had their own, beautiful and comfortable bedroom, while the kids had the HUGE bunk room (with their own bathroom)!! The kids enjoyed hanging in their room, as well as the second floor game room. They spent their time playing ping-pong, board games on the game table, and video games on the TV! We barely saw them--they were having so much fun! The adults hung out in the family room/kitchen area, where we could all sit comfortably and watch movies, or play games at the LONG kitchen table We have some great chefs in our group, and they were so happy with all of the amenities in the kitchen---the double oven, the LARGE stove, and plenty of prepping space! The bar area is a nice touch too---with it's own wine fridge, and plenty of space! Our group has rented houses together for over 10 years (winter and summer), and this was by far one of the nicest house we have rented! The owners are a pleasure to deal with, and were always available to answer our questions! We are looking forward to returning next year!

Rental Home with all Amenities

My family stayed at Brad & Judy's home in Ocean City during the week of Thanksgiving. The home is beautifully furnished and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pictures on the web site really don't do the house justice. We were able to comfortably cook Thanksgiving dinner in the gourmet kitchen (multiple cooks) and we had everything we needed. I think the only thing we did not have was a pie plate, but who goes to the ocean and cooks a pie? The dining table seats 10, so we brought a card table so everyone could sit down at the same time. The card table also came in handy when we had competition card games running simutanously. There is a card/ game table in the upstairs game/tv room and it had seating for 6. I highly recommend this house for rental. The location is very convienient to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Even in November there are plenty of things to do in Ocean City. We went antiquing and geo-caching. We also went to a winery in Delaware. And of course there are the outlets for shopping. The holiday lights at Northside park were awesome though it was quite cold. Bottom line - do not hesitate - go and enjoy!

What a great weekend!!!

This is our second stay. We came in November of '09 and again in November of '10. Four couples and 4 kids. The kids loved the upstairs bunk beds and ping pong table. They had a blast. The adults spent most of the time downstairs in the spacious and well-decorated living room and kitchen. Great kitchen too! We cooked pasta Friday night, crabcakes and steaks (on the outside grill) on Saturday night, and some great breakfasts in between. Saturday we spent biking and playing tennis on the courts (within walking distance). Walks on the beach Friday and Sunday. Very relaxing weekend with good friends. Great location, comfortable furniture....just a great place for relaxing and hanging with friends. Will be making this an annual event for sure. Loved it all!!!

14 of us (all adults) rented this stunning home for a 2-day weekend getaway in mid-September 2010. I was the organizer and I really impressed my friends with this find. When we arrived, we were stunned by how beautiful and huge it was. The place was clean and the decor is lovely. Brad and Judy are great. I had many questions and Brad and Judy answered them promptly via email or phone. Also, the security deposit was refunded to me in a timely manner which is always a plus. Rent this home. I know I am next year.

Beautiful Spacious Home - Wonderful Location

This was our second year renting this beautiful home, and we couldn't be happier with our vacation choice. This spacious home easily accommodated four generations of our family. We especially like the floor-plan of this home; three first floor bedrooms each with bathrooms, and the second floor, with huge bunk room, game room, another queen size bedroom and two more bathrooms. Plentiful dining space for a large family. The home is beautifully decorated throughout. The location is spectacular. Quiet, but minutes from the beach and other Ocean City attractions. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking, and a community swimming pool is a short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

The deck was a favorite but I didn't mention in the book how awesome the rec room is; the kids and adults, thoroughly enjoyed it. OUR ONE WEEK STAY AT THIS PROPERTY WAS GREAT! WONDERFUL FOR A LARGE FAMILY. THE PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED, THE LOCATION RELATIVE TO THE BEACH IS VERY CONVENIENT--WE WOULD DRIVE A GROUP TO THE BEACH AND DROP THEM OFF-NO PARKING CHALLENGES--ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES AWAY. GROCERY STORES AND RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY. WE HAVE STAYED AT OTHER PROPERTIES IN O.C.- THIS WAS THE BEST! OWNERS ARE AVAILABLE AND VERY COOPERATIVE. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE WITH 10-12 PEOPLE. THE DOCK IN BACK WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR OUR RENTAL BOAT. WE WOULD DEFINTELY CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

This is my 2nd year at this lovely home. I can't explain the relaxation we feel in this environment from the moment we enter the doors. The house is always left in wonderful condition and certainly is very comfortable throughout! Driving across to the beach was always easier than we thought, as for years, we loved the oceanside. Being able to enjoy the sunsets on the deck every evening with a glass of wine was just the best! The privacy is always important to us, and having separate sleeping quarters that are divided as such is even better. The kitchen is very equipped and the baths are very nice. I hope to always have this home the same week each year! WE LOVE OUR STAY HERE!

My family and I stayed in this lovely home in July. We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for several years and decided to stay closer to home this year. We were worried that the house might not accomodate us as well as the large houses we were used to in the Outer Banks. We were pleasantly surprised. The house is spacious and has many amenities. It is decorated beautifully and has everything you need for large families to enjoy a vacation. We would definitely consider staying here again when we visit OC.

Our family had the pleasure of spending a week at this magnificent property! While the property looked very nice on the VRBO web-site, it far exceeded our expectations. It was new, luxuriously decorated, spacious, clean and located in a very nice, upscale neighbourhood. When we arrived, we were welcomed to a complimentary box of biscotti's and coffee in the gourmet kitchen. We ate most of our meals in and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the water on the back deck. We were a large group - 11 in total, of varying ages. The size of the house comfortably accommodated our large group. The teenagers and other children had their own hideaway upstairs with two rooms and a recreation room. They entertained themselves for hours in the recreation room playing electronic games, ping pong and board games. The main floor grand room off the kitchen was very comfortable for the adults who were content sitting around and/or watching the large screen TV. We were in walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. We enjoyed the community pools in the late afternoon, especially the lap pool where we organized fun races with each other. We would return without a thought to vacation again at this magnificent vacation property!

The fact that the property was relatively new was a positive. The location of the property had a little to be desired given the price range. Yes there was a distant view of the bay but mostly just of the dock area. The pool was a pretty good distance from the property and hours of the pool were kind of a constraint. The is a workout facility in the development, but renters do not have access to this area (kind of a bummer). The kitchen was well equipped and the kids liked the tv's. It looked as though there was some water damage to the interior roof above the kitchen and living room (hadn't been finished). We had some problems with doors as they would not close/ lock properly. Had to leave the rear door unlocked when leaving. Little uncomfortable. Not a bad place but will look around a little more next year.

Brad & Judy Maunz have created a truly unique getaway experience in Ocean City. We enjoyed our stay with 12 people in the house and all of us had ample room and a "quiet space" if desired. With 12 Italians in the house the second floor family room was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen was decked out to the nines and we did not want for anything. Local shopping is nearby and was nearly effortless. The near-by pool and the beach only added to the wonderful weekend we enjoyed. We will be back again!

Daughter in wheelchair able to easily access home along genle ramp. Wonderful, accessible bathroom with pulldown seat, hand held shower and reachable controls off one of the ground floor bedrooms. My family of 11 had an excellent vacation. Everyone was delighted at how beautiful the house was. The hardwood floors as well as the kitchen were over the top! The kids loved the upstairs game room. This also allowed the adults to have some alone time. The pictures don't show the large amount of space you feel when you are in the house adequately. It was decorated beautifully. We also brought our 22 ft. boat with us and loved the idea of the boat slip that came with the property. It was nice to just walk off the back deck and get on your boat. We definately would rent this property again. Thank you Brad and Judy for a wonderful experience.

Our family of 10 spent four delightful days in this wonderful home. It is immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. My mother-in-law (90 yrs.) was particularly impressed with the handicap-accessible bathroom on the first floor. We loved the location....so serene and relaxing and great for walking. The community pool was a big plus for my grandson. The owners, Brad and Judy, are very accommodating and easy to work with. It's obvious they want guests to enjoy their beautiful home. The only negative of our stay was that we couldn't stay longer...but we'll remedy that next time!! Thanks again Brad and Judy!

Exceptional Home & Magnificent Location

An utterly fantastic place for our family & friends get together. We had just as much fun hanging out on the back deck overlooking the water and other gorgeous homes as we did exploring the town. The location of the house is premier! Quiet & set back off the main drag of the town yet close enough that we walked to dinner, drinks, and fun. There was not one let down in the entire house... from the large family room and kitchen built for families and entertaining to the wonderfully decorated bedrooms, plenty of roomy bathrooms, and second floor recreation... this house was a pleaser to all who visited. If you're looking for an extremely nice place for a family vacation or simply want to impress, this is your place. ... and the icing on the cake is that the owners are extremely friendly & accomodating which makes renting the place a breeze. Wonderful Easter Weekend Stay with Family at this Immaculate Waterfront Home!

My family has spent the last two Easter holidays (2009 and 2010) and this immaculate Ocean City home. We had 13 family members all staying under one roof for 3 days and what a wonderful time we had! There is so much room for everyone to easily relax with multiple bedrooms, large kitchen, and a wonderful dining room table to enjoy big family meals. The outdoor decks are great for enjoying a cup of coffee or a cocktail while peacefully looking out at the beautiful water and neighborhood homes. We even took a short walk to the beach to enjoy the sand and sun. The home sits in a tranquil neighborhood and allows for a nice morning or evening stroll. This house it perfection from top to bottom. You must see it in person. The pictures are nice, but do not even begin to display the luxurious feel this home offers. Granite counter tops, flat screen TV, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, fresh and tasteful decor, plenty of parking, two decks, and front porch. Our Easter weekend trips to this Ocean City home have been the best ones we have shared as a family. I highly recommend anyone considering a holiday away from home to book this stunning waterfront property! Family memories are something to cherish and you will make many new ones here!

Thank you so much for allowing my family to rent this spectacular home on the bay with gorgeous views, morning, noon & night. I was very apprehensive to rent anything on the bay, for the past 12 years in Ocean City we have always been steps to the beach. The comfort of your home, the ammenities of your neighborhood have changed our mind completely. My very large extended family from 4 states gathers one week of the summer to be together. My family loved being able to ride bikes to the beach, enjoyed the short walk back and stopped for a dip in the olympic size community pool. The peaceful nights with the sunsets to die for completed our days. Your home is truely decorated to perfection, offering comfortable beds spacious rooms, and the kitchen was stacked for the chef! The television in the main gathering area was a super plus for my sports fans. Thank you again - we will be back in 2010 - already have my reservation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxury home bayside. I myself being an oceanfront girl was a little concerned giving up my roar of the ocean but was quickly impressed with the tranquility of the bayside. My brother brought his boat and was able to have the convenience of using the boat slip which he and his family used daily. Tubing, fishing, and just cruisin. However, make sure that you don't leave it parked in the lot for the condos prior to hitting the slip.($150 toe fee). Getting to the house it was amazing. We had a family gathering including grandparents as well as teens and everyone was greatly accommodated with activities galore. Being a fitness person we used the pool and facilities. Highly recommended as a beautiful and thoroughly equipped home.

This house is fabulous and was the perfect setting for our recent family reunion. The floor plan, furnishings and setting are absolutely perfect for a large gathering with multiple generations. The careful attention to detail is obvious throughout the house including the tasteful decor and well-stocked gourmet kitchen. As others mentioned in their comments, the owners were very accommodating and we arrived to find the house sparkling clean. The location is perfect for walking, biking, running and eating out (loved Patsy's in Bethany Beach). We'd give this house a five star rating and highly recommend it to others!

The internet pictures just don't do this venue justice. We were in awe upon walking in; the house was gorgeously designed, spacious and brand-new. It was so well-decorated and extremely clean, we didn't want to leave. Every bedroom was very sizable and the bunk-bed room was just plain huge, with 2 double-bed bunkbeds (4 beds total)! My husband and brother-in-law were particularly impressed with the game room (which has a lovely view of the bay) and had pingpong tournaments daily. We also enjoyed some fishing off the dock. The community pool, which is about a 7 min walk or 1 min drive, was lovely and we used it daily after being on the beach. A few streets down, I believe around 125th, is a large and well-appointed park where our toddlers liked to play. Overall, this was a perfect vacation spot and would definitely rent again, if we decide to visit OC next summer. Brad and Judy are also wonderful owners, and are super available to answer questions and are very helpful in making one's stay more comfortable.

We didn't want to leave, and neither will you! This beautifully decorated home was the perfect setting for our family reunion and 80th birthday celebration. The open floor plan with well-equipped kitchen, extra-large dining table, island bar counter and adjoining outdoor deck dining was very comfortable for the festivities. The two bar fridges provided extra space for beverages. The great room provided plenty of seating for family reminiscing and browsing through old family photos. The big screen TV in was perfect for displaying the digital photos we took throughout our stay (we provided the cable to connect our laptops to the TV). The three main floor bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, were especially appealing and allowed our more senior guests to enjoy their stay without climbing steps. The younger guests enjoyed the second floor game room with ping pong table, game table, well stocked video games and TV. Also on the second floor is a very spacious bunk room, a beautifully decorated private bedroom, two bathrooms, and a wonderful deck from which we enjoyed many breathtaking sunsets and star-gazing. Both upper and lower decks have plentiful seating. During quieter moments we enjoyed watching the heron catch fish along the boat dock, and looked forward to his visit every day. We loved this house, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation rental home in a gorgeous setting, with luxurious and spacious rooms, within easy walking distance to the community pool, the beach a few blocks away, and easy access to the bay. We hope to return for future vacations.

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! This house is absolutely gorgeous. Sleeps 12-14, spacious and great for the kids. We used this rental for a first time vacation with friends and their families. We had such a great time, especially hanging out on the deck once the kids went to sleep. The owners were very helpful when answering questions we had and they made us feel at home. The house was spic and span clean. You felt like you were at home. We recommend this home to anyone, especially for several families wanting to share the vacation expense. It was just a short walk to 2 pools and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We recommend crab cakes from the Crab Cake Factory down the street and we will probably use this rental for future vacations.

The description on the internet does not begin to describe how beautiful, convenient and well maintained this home is. The spacious family room and kitchen area allowed us to eat together and enjoy some very memorable family times. Remarkably the bed and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and squeaky clean. The location is EXTRAORDINARY, with the beach just a few blocks away. The neighborhood is GREAT, very people friendly with convenient shopping in the area. You'll find every amenity needed at your finger tips. There's Dunkin Donuts, 7-Eleven, Wa Wa, Cvs, Foodlion,Chinese food and a mini mall only a block away. The owners are extremely nice, friendly people who aim to please and were quick to answer our questions. The only disappointment I had was leaving to go home. I could stay in the Maunz beautiful spacious, well decorated, completely accomodating and sparkling clean home forever. I HIGHLY recommend this rental property. You will not have any regrets.Oh! There also a outdoor shower along the side of the house to clean those big and small happy sandy feet.
