We stayed for a week in this apartment. It was problem free for us. The apartment is small (it's Paris, after all), but the facilities (shower, water, washing machine) are all in nice shape, and the place has everything one needs (including and iron, coffee maker, dishes, etc.). The bed is very comfortable! My partner didn't like that the bed was practically on the floor, but that didn't bother me in the least. There's no elevator (again, it's Paris!) so if you have a problem with steps (4th floor) this place would not be ideal. But for most folks it's no problem. Its location is fantastic! The Rue Vielle du Temple is charming. There are lots of great little restaurants and shops. The local supermarché is just two blocks and has everything one needs. We loved being able to have a leisurely morning, make coffee and have breakfast in the apartment, then head out for a great day of walking, bike riding (there are Velib kiosks at both ends of the street!), and just enjoying Paris. I loved being in the 3rd Arr rather than the more touristy areas around the Louvre, etc.. As long as you understand that Paris is a big city, and space is a premium, you'll love this location and find the apartment very comfortable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
