Welcome to our cozy mountain home.
Come experience the Rocky Mountains while staying in one of the premier locations in Old Town Winter Park. Our unit is located less than 1/2 a mile from the base village of Winter Park Resort and 2 miles from downtown. The shuttle picks up right in front of the complex and there are frequent pick ups throughout the day for the short 3 minute ride to the lifts. There's a shared outdoor hot tub too. This is a great location!
Our spacious 2000 sq ft, 2 level townhome with a gas log fireplace has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This well appointed end unit with vaulted ceilings has several windows allowing for lots of natural light and views.
All linens are provided and we have a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Then there's the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds.
With this ideal location you might choose to leave your vehicle in the heated garage and forget about it until the day of your departure. With Shipwrecks Landing Restaurant, Adolf's Bar across the street and the restaurants at the new base village of WP Resort you can easily walk to a nice evening out.
We live in Winter Park and can be available to you should any issues arise and to make sure all your needs are met. We can easily arrange for any last minute reservations and exchange of keys and $$.
