The unit is 1450 square feet on one level and is fully furnished, including bikes and beach chairs... Just bring your clothes. There is a private underground garage. The unit was built in 2003 and has a gorgeous view of the par three 15th hole. The hole is surrounded by a wildlife preserve affording you the privacy and quiet you deserve on your vacation and with a magnificent view from the master bedroom and second floor lanai. The pool, barbeque grills, and spa are across the street. Though the building was constructed in 2003, the property went under a major exterior renovation that is being completed in January 2010. It is beautiful and building looks new.
Tile everywhere except bedrooms. The Master Suite is furnished with a Queen bed, and includes a luxurious master bath and two large closets. The second bedroom has a double bed and has an adjoining full bathroom. TVs in both bedrooms, corian counter tops, upgraded appliances. Elevator from garage. There is a very comfortable leather recliner chair in the living room so you can kick your feet up, relax and enjoy your long stay. Most rentals have uncomfortable chairs that look nice but are not functional.
Naples Lakes was developed by luxury builder Toll Brothers and was voted Community of the Year for three consecutive years. Naples Lakes is a first class gated community boasting an award winning clubhouse featuring both fine and casual dining, men's and women's locker rooms, and fitness center; and it is within easy walking distance from the condominium. Five Har-Tru courts are available for tennis and the 18 hole par 72 Arnold Palmer signature golf course surrounded by 160 acres of natural preserve. You can play each round of golf for the reduced renter-member fee.($62 for cart & 18 holes; $39 for 9 holes with cart).
Renters in the off season have access to 40 plus private Naples clubs and golf courses as part of Naples Lakes' reciprocal program. Free unlimited use of driving range to work on your game. A ten-minute drive from the condominium puts you either on pristine white-sand beaches or on Third and/or Fifth Avenues where the fine dining and shopping for which Naples is known are located. My wife and I purchased this condominium with the anticipation of some day spending our winters in Naples. We live in a suburb of Madison Wisconsin. This property is our pride and joy and we hope that the experience with your stay will be very enjoyable. We look forward to spending winters in paradise. We spent a great deal of time looking for this area and property. We beleive we found the perfect developement.
Why the Owner Chose Naples Lakes
Naples is one of the most exclusive area's in the country. When you are there you feel like you are on vacation at a luxury resort. Naples Lakes is a bundled community (meaning homeowners in the community do not pay an initial equity contribution to enjoy the golf course and the many outdoor activities available). Because it is one of the few bundled communities in Naples you can enjoy the use of many amenities for much less than you would if this were an equity club.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We have a great view of the 15th hole at an Arnold Palmer signature golf course. There is an elevator to the ground level (and garage) right outside the the front door. This makes it very convenient to bring groceries etc...in to the condo. The community pool is just 20 yards away from the building this condo is in. Forget to take something to the pool, no big deal, just walk a few steps and you are back at the condo.
