YES, THE SUNSET YOU SEE IS FROM THE BALCONY OF THIS CONDO! This condo is an almost 2000 Square feet corner unit with an amazing 400 sq ft balcony directly on the ocean. The views of the sunset and sparkling white sandy beach are tremendous. It has 4 bedrooms, each with it own bath. 2 of the bedrooms are on the ocean with large sliding doors onto the balcony.
The condo is 2 years new and so are all the furnishings which cost over 60,000.00. The living room and 3 of the bedrooms have flat screen HD TV's. There is a surround system in the living room and DVD players in 3 of the bedrooms and stereo systems in 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen is nicely equipped.
As a extra " freebie" you will be allowed to use 2 reserved beach chairs with an umbrella. There are also extra beach chairs in the unit.
