I am in the luxury boutique hotel business and saw a need for high quality accommodations in the picturesque towns of Washington and Roxbury in Litchfield County. I restored and furnished several homes with all of the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel - the best beds with down featherbeds, comforters and pillows, Frette all-cotton sheets, linens and bathrobes, flat screen tvs, great kitchens, new bathrooms with nickle bath fixtures, art and antiques. The homes are in pristine condition and in the best locations.
