This luxury apartment is located in an exclusive white glove building, with uniformed door men and concierge desk on the Upper West side of Manhattan. It is not too far from anything you might be inclined to do in NYC. In fact its only 2 blocks from Lincoln Center. Walk to Broadway shows in 15 minutes. Columbus Circle is only three blocks east with free shttle service to and from Columbus Circle and the Time Warner Center and subways.
Other apartments may have commanding views from the roof deck but in this apartment you can fall asleep looking at a spectacular skyline view.
You can have breakfast in the dining area looking at the skyline or the Hudson River, it just depends on what side of the table you sit. You can have your coffee on the balcony overlooking the city, its not for the faint of heart as its on a very high floor.
The windows are very large and there are no child guards, due to this we will not rent to guests with children in their party under the age of 15.
We only use this apartment two days each week so it is available five nights per week, Thursday afternoon to Monday evening with a Tuesday morning check out. 5 NIGHTS PER WEEK. We do book for seven night stays if your stay falls into a timeframe that works for when we will be out of town. Please do not ask for longer stays. We will not rent for anything longer than 7 nights.
You will be renting one bedroom, a bathroom and the living areas of a spacious two bedroom apartment. The master bedroom and bath are ours and will be locked. They are not part of the rental. We will not be there while you are renting. You will be renting about 1000 square feet of a 1200 square foot apartment.
The guest room and common areas are devoid of all of our personal items so you can really enjoy the feel of a spacious hotel suite, not someone else's home.
There is a two night minimum.
Perfect for long weekend vacations or business trips with the spouse.
Again, there is a strict two night minimum and generally a five night maximum stay.
Longer bookings of up to seven nights availible by special arrangement.
Bedroom with queen sized bed and flat panel TV, living room with fold out queen sleeper sofa, CD, Cable, Flat Panel TV/DVD & WiFi, Dining Area with Table and four chairs.
Bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels are provided, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker, gas stove. Garage in building, daily rates available not included in rental prices. Coin operated laundry room available. Gym on premisis day passes availible at extra cost through the gym itself.
Please note that we do have a dog and this is a very dog friendly building.
Although we have a dog we do have a very strict no dog policy.

We have stayed in several rentals in Manhattan, and this apartments was the best, in location, view, comfort and cleanliness, and the consideration of the owner. Located in the "back yard" of Lincoln Center, we were a short walk to Central Park, the Hudson River, and the wonderful restaurants of the Upper West Side. The apartment is very LARGE for a New York lodging, the furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. This attitude of generosity comes from the owner, James, who met us at the apartment and was efficient, friendly and helpful. When we sat up on our balcony on the 33rd floor sipping wine as we watched the sun set over the city, we felt very grateful to have found this place and we know that we will return.

We stayed 2 nights prior to a New England cruise. Those 2 days were the best of the entire vacation. So close to subway, shopping, wonderful grocery, and we walked to Broadway and 42nd, etc. Enjoyed the neighborhood.

This was our first trip to NYC, and the apartment was perfect. It is just as depicted in the photos - nicely decorated and a fantastic view. The balcony was wonderful to sit on. James was very accommodating to work with. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommended.

We came to NYC to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and had a spectacular time!!! We loved the apartment! It was beautifully decorated, super clean and organized, and in a perfect location! The view from the windows and balcony were breathtaking! Although we weren't in the apartment for long periods of time, we did enjoy our coffee in the morning and wine late at night on the balcony. The place was perfect and James was wonderful to work with and very helpful! I've already referred friends who are planning a trip to New York and we will definitely book this apartment on our next trip!

Great place! Had several events at Lincoln Center, just a stone's throw away. So many advantages over a hotel--more space, a real kitchen (so many great restaurants, but it's nice to be able to "eat in" if you want, especially with the view!), living with locals and not other tourists. Being on the 33rd floor of a building in NYC doesn't guarantee a view beyond the next building, but this apartment has fabulous unobstructed views. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, a place you would choose to live. Thanks!

We were among the foul tourists being in NYC during the last week of 2010 ;) and despite the severe weather condition we had a beautiful moment, mainly because of the perfect accommodation proposed by James. The apartment is very well located and very comfortable. May be more important or as important as the flat itself, I would like to thank the owner for his clear booking and payment process. We had all the information needed and for our first booking with VRBO, it was a perfect first experience. For the people worried about Web booking, deal with James; he is the perfect guy !! We will be back this spring to discover NYC without the snow lol :) and we will book the same flat again.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for a Girls Getaway Weekend! It's gorgeously decorated, perfectly located, spotlessly clean, and every room has a view to die for! I will never again stay in a hotel while in NY... but instead call James and keep my fingers crossed that this gem is available. Perfect James, just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This apartment was PERFECT! The views from every room were incredible. I was also very nervous about renting from a website but could not have been more pleasantly surprised.
