Perfect, splendid and unforgettable !!! We are very happy to have booked this apartment. It is better than an hotel, because you are at home. All is done to feel very good ! And the view is incredible. The owner is very kind-hearted. You are not alone, if you have any questions, he is here to answer. You can go the eyes closed. It is magic !

We have stayed in several rentals in Manhattan, and this apartments was the best, in location, view, comfort and cleanliness, and the consideration of the owner. Located in the "back yard" of Lincoln Center, we were a short walk to Central Park, the Hudson River, and the wonderful restaurants of the Upper West Side. The apartment is very LARGE for a New York lodging, the furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. This attitude of generosity comes from the owner, James, who met us at the apartment and was efficient, friendly and helpful. When we sat up on our balcony on the 33rd floor sipping wine as we watched the sun set over the city, we felt very grateful to have found this place and we know that we will return.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed 2 nights prior to a New England cruise. Those 2 days were the best of the entire vacation. So close to subway, shopping, wonderful grocery, and we walked to Broadway and 42nd, etc. Enjoyed the neighborhood.

This was our first trip to NYC, and the apartment was perfect. It is just as depicted in the photos - nicely decorated and a fantastic view. The balcony was wonderful to sit on. James was very accommodating to work with. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommended.

We came to NYC to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and had a spectacular time!!! We loved the apartment! It was beautifully decorated, super clean and organized, and in a perfect location! The view from the windows and balcony were breathtaking! Although we weren't in the apartment for long periods of time, we did enjoy our coffee in the morning and wine late at night on the balcony. The place was perfect and James was wonderful to work with and very helpful! I've already referred friends who are planning a trip to New York and we will definitely book this apartment on our next trip!

Great place! Had several events at Lincoln Center, just a stone's throw away. So many advantages over a hotel--more space, a real kitchen (so many great restaurants, but it's nice to be able to "eat in" if you want, especially with the view!), living with locals and not other tourists. Being on the 33rd floor of a building in NYC doesn't guarantee a view beyond the next building, but this apartment has fabulous unobstructed views. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, a place you would choose to live. Thanks!

We were among the foul tourists being in NYC during the last week of 2010 ;) and despite the severe weather condition we had a beautiful moment, mainly because of the perfect accommodation proposed by James. The apartment is very well located and very comfortable. May be more important or as important as the flat itself, I would like to thank the owner for his clear booking and payment process. We had all the information needed and for our first booking with VRBO, it was a perfect first experience. For the people worried about Web booking, deal with James; he is the perfect guy !! We will be back this spring to discover NYC without the snow lol :) and we will book the same flat again.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for a Girls Getaway Weekend! It's gorgeously decorated, perfectly located, spotlessly clean, and every room has a view to die for! I will never again stay in a hotel while in NY... but instead call James and keep my fingers crossed that this gem is available. Perfect James, just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful New York apartment

Everything about this apartment is wonderful: it is well furnished, comfortable, clean, bright, well equipped, quiet, safe, the view is amazing on all sides and at all times, it is very well located (close to everything), the owners are extremely nice, the building is clean, the parking fees are reasonable, there is a nice grocery store just around the corner... We spent the Easter holiday there and I will always remember sitting on the balcony, watching the sunset over the Hudson river, after a long and wonderful New York day. I will tell all my friends and I certainly plan to go back. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful long weekend!!

I was so pleased that the apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful views of Manhattan.Clean and very nicely furnished. My Daughter and I enjoyed the fact that it was close to a lot of shopping and to Lincoln Center. Will definitely use this place again.

The apartment was perfection, the views incredible and the owners were terrific!!! We were there for the NYC Marathon and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We were living like locals, walking to Lincoln Center to see Aida, taking the train to Times Square to see In The Heights and the next morning we watched the USS New York dock at Pier 88 on the Hudson River. The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and so comfortable that we didn't want to go home. We were a little aprehensive about renting from a website but we were pleasantly surprised. We cannot say enough about this apartment. We have been recommending it to everyone we know. You will love it!!!!

Excellent location, Really nice building, Immaculate and Very pleasent owners. A few of my friends and I stayed for a long weekend. Our stay in this aparment brought to life a luxurious NYC experience only one can imagine.

AMAZING! That one word sums it all up. The views are breathtaking of the city and the Hudson River! The accommodations were clean, decor lovely and very comfortable. We had a pleasurable experience dealing with the owners and would definitely return for another visit. Highly recommended!
